The inaugural episode of Theology in Pieces! Shout out to Robert Callahan for winning the naming contest of this podcast. Why the name? 3 reasons! 1) We hope to help you build back your theology that the Church, the world, or somebody has shattered to pieces. 2) Malcolm and Slim are pastors of a church in Waco Texas called Mosaic Waco. And we believe every piece of the mosaic matters and that’s why we intentionally push against the church phenomena of a monocultural way of life. We celebrate the multifaceted nature of the kingdom in our church. We encourage you to not hide your heritage! Let’s celebrate with differing tongues and backgrounds the beauty and glory of Jesus Christ! Lastly, 3) we'll take little bite-sized pieces of big theological topics and chew on them each week! We hope this would be a help to you wherever you're at in the journey.
