Hey hey! Just getting off work and just had a few thoughts to share with you are for a second about How your self-esteem is mishandled, simply because we forget the operative word is SELF. NOBODY should be able to knock us off of a foundation that we’ve built by ourselves. If you allow others words and affirmations to build you up? They have the same power to knock you back down.. that and a note or two about being single and how you masturdating isn’t always going to cut it! You can’t learn EVERYTHING about you, just being with yourself and nobody else.. hope you like and share!
