¶ Discussion of Resident Evil TV Series
What's good everybody . This is Koku Gatsu here . So me my very first solo podcast here with zealots of nerd entertainment , and I do want to thank you so much for joining in today .
So want to get a chance to talk to you a little bit today about a series that Some people might have really missed on Netflix and that was the resident evil TV series that they put on Netflix in July 14th of last year , yep .
So I want to get a chance just to talk really quick about it , kind of give some of our insight , my insight , how I kind of felt about the series as a whole . So , hey , without Further delay , let's go ahead and zone in on it . So let's go ahead and talk about the series here . First off , just mention a couple things before we get started into .
Each episode is the casting was probably one of the most interesting things they had into it . First off , of course , being Getting Lance Reddick the late Lance Reddick , of course , and rest in peace to him being the new Albert Wesker . So Albert Wesker being a very Iconic person throughout the resident evil franchise and getting a chance to seeing it .
She's always been well known as a very cocky eagle , michael Eagle , maniacal white person and you know now we're being introduced to a black actor . That was it being cast as this person .
But then there's also notable differences between this Albert Wesker and the Albert Wesker that we know in the series , where just a quick background , if you don't know the original Albert Wesker winds up betraying a Lot of his core , a lot of his people , his mercenaries , in order to work for umbrella , because he believed himself to have a guy .
He had pretty much had a God complex , believed himself to be the ruler of everything , that he should be the one to control everything . But no , of course he winds up being defeated multiple , multiple times . And the movie series he gets defeated and , of course , in a video game franchise , he gets killed .
So , seeing how , this is a completely different iteration of the resident evil franchise , a completely different Timeline , you could say as well too .
This is a completely reimagining of this Albert Wesker Someone but let's go ahead and get into that one but also introducing different characters , jade Wesker and Billy Wesker , who are twins and have two completely , in a sense , different mothers .
So it's very interesting to this that they both have the same father , two different mothers , but they're considered twins because they were both born on the same day and there's so much to unpack here , so let's go ahead and get into these episodes . We start off first off on the first episode being welcome to new raccoon city .
This episode was very interesting in the fact that we get a chance to get an introduction into everything here , first off , an understanding that we are in South Africa , but when watching the show it does not feel like that whatsoever .
As far as into the younger timeline , and there's two different plot points and we're introduced early on , very beginning to understanding that there's two different Storylines that connect together into the series .
We have the storyline of young Jade , young Billy , and that takes place in the year 2022 supposedly , and then we have an adult Jade that takes place in the year 2036 and we're getting an opportunity to see what's really going on .
When the episode first starts off , it immediately actually starts in London , not really in new raccoon city , but immediately starts in London where adult Jade is experimenting and researching a specific pack of zombies . Now the zombies in this particular world are just known as zeros , pretty much why ? Into that ? There's not really much of an explanation .
Into it , they just call zero . So it's like okay , pretty interesting because , in the fact that I'm a big fan of a lot of different zombie franchises , you get them called like bio weapons , of course , in the resident evil franchise , normally because they're bio mutants . They're made from biomechanical research and change and augmented .
Even in the last of us , you know , they're called like various different things . You have the walkers , runners , runners , and each of them , like blowders , you they're given different names based on what they can do , and then you know , especially , like in a walk-in-death franchise , the same thing , but in this one they're just called zeros .
There's no real iteration into that , that's just what they are , and it's interesting to have a name that doesn't tie to anything . So it's like okay , whatever , zeros . So she's looking at this particular pack of zeros and then she minds up making a mistake .
They're very , very high , sensitive to the smell of blood , and she's wearing a special protective Clothing to make sure she's mindful about what she does and she accidentally scratches herself .
The smell of blood winds up attracting them to come after her and Apparently she has been studying these for a very long time , trying to see if there's some way possible To create maybe a cure or a way to control them , whatever the case may be , and she's trying to see can they develop a sentience outside of just carnage and eating everything ?
Unfortunately , because the experiment goes south , they all chase after her and to escape she winds up going into a special zone that winds up killing all of them .
And why she's breaking down , upset about it , because she spent so much time Researching this pack , trying to see if there's some way she can help try to form some type of community or something like that .
A giant Caterpillar which is normal for Resident Evil franchise , of course A giant caterpillar winds up attacking her and she winds up getting knocked unconscious . But right before she dies she winds up getting saved by a pack of scavengers who are , you know , they're minions like hey , she looks like she got something valuable . So it's pretty interesting .
But then also understanding that her being in that zone that attacked and blew up all those zombies wound up awakening this dormant creature that was under there . So we understand this is still Umbrella's fault . Umbrella has done something that created mass amounts of mutations .
People turn into zombies or monsters and we're not really seeing too much of that at the beginning , but we're seeing that animals have become majorly mutated monsters and then we just kind of pan back and forth between the old Jade and then we kind of pan into young Jade . But just to finish up really quick , what's going on with old Jade ?
And then we'll just go ahead and jump into what happened to the B storyline into this one . What's that ? She winds up ? Waking up , she's in the camp with the scavengers that helped her . She automatically knows that she needs to leave , but they don't want her to leave because they've already contacted Umbrella and they're going to hand her over .
Now she tries to let them know that . You know , this is not a good idea . You don't understand . They're like well , they say they'll pay for you , dead or alive . And you're alive , so I'm pretty sure we're going to get some money . And she's trying to say no , umbrella does not play that way . Umbrella's going to kill you , they're going to get me .
And then they're going to kill you because they don't want to pay you . They don't care about you and of course , scavengers don't listen . They're all about the money . They're like no , we're going to get our money and if they don't pay us , we're going to just take it . Well , umbrella shows up and definitely shows them who was the bigger doll .
Damn , they're all the scavengers wanted to get killed and Jade winds up and the last ditch effort jumps down into this massive I don't even know what to really call it like horde of zombie , of zeros Not even just a horde , but just a large amount of them , and she's pretty much about to die until some other rescuers , survivors , wind up , getting , they circle
back around , they pick her up and then they all manage to just get away just in time . Umbrella's still pretty much on the hunt for her . So that's how we wanted to end that A storyline , lots of action , lots of adventure into it . Very interesting , kind of . It wasn't a bad start off into it .
Now , as going into the B storyline , we get introduced for Jade again , but now a younger version of her , and this one winds up being slightly different because we're introduced to her , as I've already mentioned , twin and a quotation there , billy Wesker .
Now , granted , this was very interesting because we're like , okay , they're twins , they both have the same dad , but they don't look like they should have the same dad .
I don't know , the casting isn't bad , but it's one of those ones where you're like , if the casting doesn't seem to fit , it kind of becomes a little bit of a funny thing there , like I'll put it .
For example now , recent was watching a YouTube video about the new Mortal Kombat one game that came out and one of the things comments that was mentioned was the change in Sindel , and you can see it from the trailer . So it's not really any type of spoil for the game .
But when seeing into the trailer is the fact that the new design for Sindel actually looks like she would be Melina and Katana's mom instead of . I think what the comment was before was that they looked like they would have been adopted and in this particular case it's like it's kind of questionable .
But I don't know , we're just going to cut the roll with it , I guess type of thing , but I don't know . It's just guys is supposed to be the mom's had really strong genes .
¶ New Raccoon City and Its Characters
But as we go into this , we have young Jade and we have young Billy . Both of them are been transported to the new raccoon city , which is in a new community , plant community in South Africa , where only specific people are chosen to be here and all the people , all the adults here , work for umbrella in one form or fashion .
So everyone here , all the kids here , all the parents , work for the same company . But you know , still middle school life things will tend to happen . There's always kids is always picking on other kids , somebody's always going to try to find something wrong whatsoever and it doesn't take long before Billy winds up getting picked on .
And Billy unfortunately has a past of not being positive and unfortunately Jade also has a past of being a bit of a rebel . So this is also supposed to be a chance for them to kind of start over new and see how things go here . And then of course we're introduced to the new Albert Wesker .
But then this Wesker is vastly different from the Wesker that we know , even the Wesker than we first introduced in Resident Evil 1 in the first video game years back in the early 90s . It was a being like that particular Wesker he's .
He wasn't fully cold when he first introduced but he was still kind of a serious down to down to playing , like just this is what you got to do , like on the point military man of how things go . And this Albert Wesker is absolutely nothing like that , like there's no real military training into it .
This is a corporate espionage version of Albert Wesker and it's a very interesting one to kind of get used to and you really got to get used to this , albert Wesker , this Wesker moving forward , because this is a very different than what you're used to , don't even associate with the original series , the original franchise , as far as the original movies and video
games . This is a complete different iteration . So we wanted to getting our own little short adventure for this one , because Billy also is a major activist . She absolutely does not like any type of animal cruelty . She is a very supportive of animal rights and making sure that there's no animal testing , and Umbrella has sworn that they do not do animal testing .
But she weapons to notice that there's animals constantly being transported in Umbrella but non being transported out , and her dad assures her no , this is that they're not doing this , they're not doing that , they're not doing any type of testing whatsoever . But Billy knows something is wrong .
So , with the help of her sister and , of course , help of a new kid that we wanted to introduce , simon we mostly introduced him later on , but with the help of Jade and Billy , they wound up stealing their dad's ID badge , breaking to an Umbrella corporate and they wound up going through at night when nobody's around , which was weird .
That security was that horrible in Umbrella , but I mean I guess so they go through and they wound up finding these animals have actually been tested on .
But aside from that , jade was also finding a bit of a video footage because earlier in the episode we wound up seeing that Wesker is wound up talking to the leader Evelyn she is the head of this corporate um cap here and they wound up talking about the fact of being mindful of what it is that they're doing because of what happened before and we just get a
brief mention . That's about it . Jade winds up stumbling upon this video where she's seeing people are rioting and they're burning bodies and they're fighting and shooting guns at people and she's not understanding what's really going on . It's just a lot of violence .
Now , this is a great callback to one of the Resident Evil animated movies that came out , I think , about five or six years ago , where about the same thing happened , but this case it wound up being like Redfield well , not Chris Redfield , but his sister um wound up having to stumble upon a video of footage of some people wound up attacking zombies and burning
the bodies to try to reduce the spread of infection and stuff .
And it's a really great callback , a great Easter egg into that one , because you can compare those videos that look very , very similar um , slight differences , one being animated and the other one being kind of a live action version of recording for the show , but it was a pretty great callback into that .
Um , unfortunately , billy being overly being Billy , as you will understand later on , this is Billy being Billy . She winds up being touching stuff she's not supposed to .
She happens to see an animal cage and she winds up unleashing what is called Cerberus , which is pretty much an I think it's like described as an undead mutant , but it's a doberman , and it winds up attacking after them .
It winds up um biting Billy and then it tries to go after Jade and they both managed to try to escape um running around the corporation and Albert winds up finally showing up because you know he realizes that , hey , my kids are not home , um , and he was supposed to be asleep but he woke up . He's like my kid , my girls ain't home , my ID badge is gone .
Great , they went there . Why did they go there ? I don't know . I need to go figure this out . So he shows up and he manages to put down the dog . However , because of the fact of them going through trying to escape the dog and crashing the place . Obviously it finally set off the alarms something that should have been set off , but whatever .
Uh finally sets off the alarms and then we wind up getting a chance to see Evelyn confront Albert . Now he winds up seeing that Billy has been bit , but he winds up telling Billy and Jade , you need to leave , go , I will clean up and handle this . And and then , like what's going on , go , I will clean up and handle this .
So Evelyn shows up and you know , albert says like I came by just doing some nighttime rounds and apparently the dog wound up getting loose I'm not exactly sure how and Evelyn winds up brushing it off , but she knows something seems off . So this is our introduction to Evelyn and how things kind of go from here .
Now we do wind up having a lot of different things happen in these other episodes , but I'm just going to breeze through it just so we can kind of talk about what's really going on in the story and just kind of seeing what's happening . So that was in the first episode .
It felt long but it felt entertaining , like the first episode was pretty good because it kept me hooked on to it , at least me per se . So I wanted to try to watch what happened next . Um , I can't say that happened to every single episode . Some of the episodes wound up getting to a point that I was like , all right , man , um , can we keep it moving ?
So , like it does have some moments it kind of drags on , but it's not too bad on how it goes . So let's move on to the second episode . We have it called the devil , you know . Now , this episode was being very interesting to me .
So again , this is one of the ones where we start off with older Jade and then about halfway through the episode we kind of flash into young Jade and then we kind of just get a brief going back into older Jade again . Um , so I'm just going to talk about the old Jade here first . So Jade , this one is very simple .
She has wound up trying to fight off against the zero horde and what winds up happening here is that we get , you know , we get introduced to Baxter in the first episode . He wants to be the lead . He's wants to be the leader that's hunting down Jade and their umbrella corporation .
His , his role felt like it should have been important , but he kind of he felt so , played out his role , only felt like he's only to hunt and that that was about . He was only just to hunt down Jade and that's about it . There really wasn't much there , so it kind of just like , eh , whatever .
But so Baxter just keeps trying to get , keeps trying to get Jade , so they wind up going into a tunnel and inside this tunnel things just get bad , um . So it's like , hey , you need to kill the zeros . But Jade has to be captured alive . Her brother really actually wants her alive for a particular reason and we're not entirely sure yet .
We still don't know what's going on . We just know she has to be captured alive , apparently , and it's like , all right , well , let's see what we can do here .
¶ Escaping Refugees and Infected Boy
Jay's man , just two winds of escaping um , and she's helping out with some refugees , but unfortunately things just don't always go the best way . They wind up getting um attacked by a convoy , um with another army drone and the crowd is constant is just forced to run around , and this one was horrible .
Um , jade manages it , she's trying to get out , she's trying to find a boat to where she can secretly get away , and then we find out that there are these , these people ? Who is trying to get out ? It's a couple and it's their little boy , and the little boy , unfortunately , has been infected . But they're trying to escape because they know that they won't .
The umbrella will not allow people to escape that has been infected , of course they . If you're infected , you have to stay or you have to get killed . It's one of those things like there's nothing that can do for you , and so they're trying to escape secretly as well , because they're trying to get their boy out .
They still have a hope that their boy can be saved , but they're not entirely sure , unfortunately . This is why is it being horrible into where Baxter just says don't kill jay , but kill everybody else , and they , the drones , just start opening fire , just shooting out all the people . It was a just horrible thing to watch , just like rough for real .
It was one of those ones like are you serious like this ? This was really not necessary , it was completely unnecessary .
And so jay winds up leaving with the couple and they trying to leave and they're trying to escape , and it's just one of the being too much into this one really just one of those ones is like you say you need her alive , but realistically it don't feel like you're really trying to bring her back alive . Baxter is just stupid .
To be honest with you , it really wasn't necessary to kill all those people , um , and it winds up trying to control a horde of zombies , a horde of zeros , sorry as well . It's just , it really wasn't necessary . Things just wanted to get crazy there .
But going back into young jadeon billy , so billy is wound up having some issues where , in this particular case , because of the bite , is really starting to affect her . Now Albert went back to his home and he was telling Jade and Billy that the dog , that Bithem , was being treated for some type of rare genetic disease and is classified .
Don't worry about it , but don't talk about it to anyone . But he specifically makes mention you let me know if something's happening . So it's like come on , bro , really . But yeah , so Jade is trying to figure out what's going on with her sister . She's like something seems wrong . That video footage that I found was weird .
And then , on top of that , my sister she's not feeling good . She's been having constant fevers and something just seems wrong here . So stuff just isn't going well whatsoever . So during this time the discussion was getting bad . During Umbrella , albert and Evelyn , of course , are still having debates about various different things that's happening .
And so , as she , jade , continues to investigate , she finds a website claiming to be the truth and there she finds out about Umbrella Labs had caused infected employees to start attacking and killing people and even eating them , and they were like something seems wrong . Now to us , we already know well , yeah , that's what Umbrella does they turn people into zombies .
But watching this show is very interesting because it's Jade trying to figure this out , because to her , her dad has always been just a boring whatever guy . The corporation has always been a boring whatever corporation . So the fact that they've been doing something like this and apparently been doing it for a long time , it seems very weird .
But the sites admin , the guy who goes by the name of Angel Rubio , he's an investigative reporter and he's obsessed trying to get the truth out . He wants people to hate Umbrella because Umbrella is doing this , which makes sense , but still , but Millie , billy is like I say Millie , sorry , but Billy , she was up .
The infection is starting to spread and now she's vomiting and her eyes are starting to change and she's freaking out , and that was being how we get to the second episode , the second episode .
So so far , each title on the first one , the first and second one , the titles are specifically tuned to the young Jade , young Billy timeline , even though we still want to getting a focus of what was happening to older Jade , of what she's progressing through Now as we get into episode three , this one's kind of being a bit more of an episode where we get a
chance to actually get more storyline for the older Jade . So this one simply titled the light . So , going back again to older Jade , older Jade , she joins the refugee convoy and so they go into a tunnel and during the drive they wind up hearing the liquors , and the liquors are back .
If y'all don't remember what liquors are , by chance , in case you , or if you don't know , liquors were a type of mutation that happens where , if you know for most zombie games , the longer someone stays infected with them , more that they're attached to a hazardous material , their bodies start going through mutations that make them become quote unquote super zombies per
se . Liquors have no skin whatsoever , but their muscle mass is immense . You can see their veins , you can see their organs , but the thing about it is is that they are nothing but massive muscle tendons and they have no eyes and just like a giant brain , but they have their mouths and their mouths have long tongues .
Now the thing about it is they're called liquors because they're long tongues , at least this one . We still kept a name onto this one as far as about from a previous Resident Evil franchise and something that kind of makes sense . But the dangerous thing about liquors is that because they have no eyes , they don't see through normal means .
They see through echolocation . You make any type of noise , they know what you are you walking , they know what you are . There is a service tunnel . They're not just in your type of tunnel . I forgot what is this tunnel called ? I think this tunnel was called . I had wrote it down somewhere . It was a tunnel that kind of goes underneath a river .
So this tunnel has water into it , so there's nowhere you can step that doesn't have puddles of water . Yeah , these liquors know exactly where everybody is . They just wait for the best time to attack .
The worst part about it is too even though they have no skin , the muscles are so intense that liquors are known as bullet sponges In video games , in the movies , in the , in various different other iterations and , of course , in this show too . They are bullet sponges . You can empty caps full clips into them and it takes a while before they die .
Even if you get a bunch of headshots , it still takes a while for these things to die . So the liquors are nearby and the people are trying to get away . But of course Umbrella's been tracking Jade so they found where she and the survivors are at . The convoy is at man .
Things go bad because once Baxter shows up , he is loud , he don't care , and liquors just start attacking and demolishing and Umbrella Corporation is trying to shoot him down . But nope , it does not work out well for them at all . So many people want him dying , so many people get a shot . But Liam this is where we first find out that he's actually infected .
Oh well , not so much we knew this , but the convoy , the rest of the survivors that we're trying to survive with that couple , find out that the little boy was infected and they're like are you serious ? And you didn't tell nobody and it's just brah .
And now we're introduced to a second giant mutated animal , again proving the point that only humans have wound up mutating , turning into zeros or , in this case , also liquors , but all the animals that come into contact with this biohazardous material that created these mutates , as I'm going to just call them mutants .
They just grow immensely large and immensely hungry for everything . They wound up stumbling into a giant spider cave and the giant spider from Lord of the Rings no , not them , I'm just making a joke , but it just shows up and it's just goes bad . Unfortunately , liam's father winds up dying .
Jade manages to kill the spider and she tries to get Liam's mother to leave the boy , but she's like nope . So she winds up just leaving them both . But unfortunately , as Jade winds up leaving that tunnel , baxter was already out waiting for her . But the problem is we get introduced to something else . That's crazy .
So in the first episode , as a brief mention into this , jade winds up talking about the fact that she is nervous about going in a particular direction . She doesn't want to go there because she knows who it is that she'll have to deal with and she does not want to deal with that , and they're known as the Brotherhood and they just start shooting .
So they wind up capturing Jade and Baxter and other survivors and they wind up just bringing them into their stronghold . So now Jade is captured again and this is going to just be so much fun . So much fun . But going into also the young storyline here , we wound up going back to 2022 .
So , billie , she's disoriented , she's having some trouble , but she's trying to pretend to be okay . Unfortunately , at school she wants it being hypersensitive to sound , because her body is actually mutating . She starts having hallucinations and then things , just things are just went , so left onto this one .
So it was happening here is that we get the opportunity to meet Simon . So Jade , as she's trying to figure out how this can get more information about the truth that's going on with umbrella , she winds up finding this boy , simon , who is pretty popular in school because he's a cyber geek . But what makes him populace ?
The fact that he can hack through umbrella security . He specifically calls out on the fact that umbrella has bullshit security for the amount of information that they have , which is honestly true . So , simon , he winds up taking a liking to Jade and decides that , yeah , he's going to help her out . So they wind up trying to go through and they find out .
Okay , there's an unexpected update . Umbrella realized that Simon has been breaking through their firewall . So he winds up trying to find a way through it . So he's not able to help her immediately , but he's still trying . But they're still trying to see what they can do to get through there . So short thing as far as what's happening here .
Another brief thing that kind of happens also is that this is around the time as well that Billy starts getting picked on at school . She was already kind of nervous being the new girl , but now there's this kid that's been trying to bully her and Jade winds up taking things into her own hand here and it becomes a big problem .
So very fun on how things kind of go into that one , because it was just blowing up into Billy's face but it really wanted to be in Jade being creepy , wanted to be on some five nice and freddy type shit . Don's on a mask and winds up attacking a student , but everyone thinks it's Billy because this student has been attacking Billy .
So it's like huh , no figure , fun there , yeah . So now we're going to go into the next episode , home movies . This is a very short series and wind up only being eight episodes . So again just going to breeze through this just briefly kind of talk about what's going on here .
Home movies winds up being a very sorry , my bad , I wound up skipping ahead , my bad . So episode four is actually the turn Sorry , but yeah , really quick . So in this one again we wound up going back to the brotherhood .
We get an opportunity of seeing kind of both an equal amount of Jade story here from her older self or present day per se self and her past life . So we kind of get a 50 50 into this storyline here . The brotherhood winds up taking the new captors , of course , present .
Now Jade winds up being interested because she notices that a group of zombies that are being chained , a group of zeros that's being chained , are used as a workforce as if they're able to do something specifically . She's trying to figure this out , how that happened when she happens to notice the quote unquote queen that happens here .
So in this particular case it wasn't being interesting because she notices the little lot that's on the queen's neck or side of her face that's able to , as she's making certain sounds . The zombies just do what they tell her to do , what she tells them to do . Well , the zeros keep saying zombie Sorry , just get used to this happening .
It's just difficult , difficult trying to call them zeros on . No , I'm reviewing resident evil and resident evil characters are always been zombie , sorry . So it's like okay , whatever , anyway , zeros or even , in fact , but yet zeros .
¶ Plot Development and Character Dynamics
But it was a being very interesting because Jade , being smart , in this case , of course I and I say in this case because she has some dumb moments like , realistically , she has a lot of dumb moments , but in this particular case she winds up , manages to escape by freeing some of the zeros and having them attack the brotherhood .
So , with the brotherhood attacking , being attacked , and everything under utmost chaos , jade is trying to escape Baxter . He's trying to do his thing to escape to , but he can't really fight . He's just uses guns , that's all he does . Um , again , baxter .
Baxter is pretty much kind of been a worthless piece of shit here , but this episode one was being it had a lot of action into it , but it kind of had a moment that was just like kind of felt as one of those ones that is . Like you know , you're only halfway through the show , so there's no way you're going to get off the main character .
Because so , jade , as throughout the midst of chaos , jade manages to get cornered into a room and a whole bunch of zeros are just attacking , attacking the door , and she's trying everything she can , she thinks she finds a way out by finding some grenades , and so she tries to throw a grenade at the door . It doesn't go off .
They're all duds because they're in an extremely old military bunker . So she feels like , oh my God , this is the end , nothing's going to work . And dah , dah , dah , dah . And then she's like , guess this little confidence , what if I'm going to die ? I'm just going to go out trying . But we're halfway through the show .
We know for a fact she's not going to die . So through the story of plot , through the power of plot , she manages to make it through . She manages to find the zombie queen and kill the zombie queen , and then she's able to scoop up some of her pheromones , because she was able to find , of course , again the power plot her bag that had her stuff in it .
So she was able to scoop up some pheromones Well , as she calls it , just kind of ooze , but she believes it's a pheromone . And they , she and Baxter , are trying to escape the last two pretty much alive here .
And so one of the happening is is that they go through this little exit tunnel trying to get to the top of the top out of the bunker that they're in , and Baxter winds up being attacked by a whole bunch of zeros and Jade just leaves him to die , which I'm not too upset about , because earlier on Jade was mentioning that she has a daughter in this episode
too . So it's the first hearing about this and then Baxter's like , yeah , I have , you know what ? I have kids too . I completely understand . And then website his wallet of puppies . Now here's the thing I have had pets before as well too . I had a little dog . I love that little dog .
I had dog before I had kids , and I'm going to be honest with you , having had a dog for a very long time and I call him dog , but he was still kind of a baby to me and stuff . But there's a very , very distinctive difference between having a pet that you're taking care of , having a child is . It's very different . To that .
I have respect on both parts because I have had , I've dealt on both lives into this one , but it's very different is one of those ones that I will be honest with you . Don't just tell people oh yeah , I have a baby too , I have my own little child too , and then show your pet no , you can say fur baby , I have a fur baby .
That's fine , that's respectable , we'll go with that . But there is a very distinctive difference into that . Okay , so it's just , it's not the same . It's not the same . You will still love them a whole lot . I don't have my dog anymore . I had to give him away . Still loved him a whole lot , stuff pictures in my phone .
I miss him , but it's it's not the same . This with my kids , like it's not the same . So this is one of those ones that was just like that extra , I'm not . I'm not gonna be upset when you die and I was not upset when you die . Also , just get it taken a brief opportunity . I wound up skipping over . This is that kind of happening .
Episode 2 it wound up being a brief little story , but it wound up being probably something that was kind of a little disturbing so early . So before they wanted meeting the brotherhood , jay knew she had to go to brotherhood territory and she didn't want to , but she knew she didn't have a choice .
It's the only way she could think about safely getting back and trying to escape umbrella . And what was up happening is is that she was up trying to meet an old friend . Fortunately , she , the friend , is dead , but she doesn't know this . She was up meeting his wife and this was this one really just made me think of like misery . It's just oh man .
So what happened is is that apparently her friend went on a mission . He tried to go out to go do something . I wound up getting affected and came back . One of them getting bit came back and he was Gonna die , but his wife wouldn't kill him .
She wanted to , blocking him inside of their bathroom and just let him turn , which is really fucked up , but she let him turn . And then she became a cat lady , where she just started getting all these stray cats and she was feeding them to her zombified husband . Yeah , well , jay found that out . Yeah , that was a Mmm-hmm . She had to escape .
But then Baxter winds up showing up because they were tracking Jade and then , yeah , they pop a cap and that woman's behind . They kills like the zombie . Husband dies because Jade was up killing him in order to try to save her . But then the woman's upset like you killed him , you killed him and it was just too much . It was entirely too much .
So , understanding that , dealing with that and she was still nervous about going to the brotherhood , I knew it was gonna be bad now going into the past . Let's go back into 2022 per se . You can see the funny that we're in 2023 now . So , young Billy , she was up convincing Jay to go with her to a party .
Jay does does not really like going out like that . She's trying to stay Like kind of mellowed out . Billy is trying to fix her reputation . So what happens is is that they're just like okay , forget this .
But unfortunately , even though they weren't able to get through the firewall , the dude angel Rubio I'm just an angel the dude angel was up infiltrated raccoon city because he is trying to find Jay , because he's trying to figure out what's going on .
Because they wound up letting because Jay was upsetting him messages about what's going on , about what happened to her sister , and she thinks that she knows something's going on , but she tries not to say too much , but still he kind of like I need your information , need to interview you when you don't dispose umbrella .
So at the party , things wound up going a little bit crazy because he winds up tracking in there and they try and escape from him and they're trying to figure out what's going on . I know the question . They find out that everyone talks about what happened in the raccoon city . So we still get a curse about what happened to raccoon city .
Back in the first resident evil game , I was talking about raccoon city , about what happened there being a factoid of being a gas leak or just a big fire that wound up destroying an entire town . It's like there's no way a gas leak and the fire destroyed an entire town like that . That's not what happened .
Angels is no , it was a nuclear attack that was planned by the government to destroy the city to make a cover-up , and so it's like no , something's crazy . But then he also was trying to look up these girls and he knows is , according to the records , the girls don't exist and their dad Was supposed to be dead in 2009 .
So there's , they're like yo just do this crazy . They try to escape and Unfortunately , they want to be . He was beginning captured by umbrella because they knew he came in . They were trying to hunt him down and like , mm-hmm , you don't need to be in here because they already tried to cover up the stories . That he says anyway .
Now Was moving on to home movies . Home movies is the first episode where we only have the past . We only have 2022 . We only have a brief thing that happens in 2036 , so , and it happens at the very end , so I'm gonna just go ahead and say it now .
Jade escaped , managed to escape out the bunker at the end of the last episode and this one , as soon as she shows up , we find out that the person that's mainly hunting her down wasn't Baxter , but the person given back to orders was actually her sister , billy , who now work , who works for umbrella . Oh my gosh .
And then they captured Jade , and that's the only thing we know about what happened in the present per se timeline . This one focuses specifically on the past , because so much happens here . This one we kind of get a bit of a callback to the resident evil video games and how we get a chance to do all those puzzles .
Yay , so Albert was of getting picked up and taken to umbrella HQ , because what he's known as is also a very torture guy too . He's known for torturing information . How to people ? Oh , okay , so there's a little bit more of the Albert that we used to . Okay , we're starting to get there now , just a little bit .
Um , so we want he gets introduced to Andrew Rubio Angel tells me like I knew you're supposed to be dead . How are you still alive ? And then he's like it's like , I know about your daughters and stuff like that . And Albert's like did you tell them anything ? He's like I don't know what , I don't have nothing to tell me .
It's like , okay , cool , and then kills the dude . And of course Evelyn is pissed off . She's like how did you do that ? And he's like it was , it was by mistake , man , I was just trying to torture it out and he just couldn't . Him was just like no . And then they of course wanted locking up Albert .
In the meantime , albert planned for something like this to happen . He wanted his daughters to get an escape . So we get a chance to find out that Jade has been .
Jade was up hacking through with Simon's help , of course her dad's computer and finds out that there's a particular email that was supposed to be Sent to Billy but it has a special times , keep on to it to where , every single day , albert would make sure that he would delay the email to be sent , and if he doesn't delay it , it'll be sent in .
The email contains a bunch of riddles .
To be able to help them get out , they have to go all around the house to find various different things play a particular tune on the piano underneath , find a specific spot in the house that has some stuff that's Specific to Jade and Billy and he and they wanted to find in ten thousand dollars some guns and Unfortunately they also find the secret laboratory that
is underneath the house . Now , at the very beginning of the first episode not very begin , but in the first episode we wound up getting a slight thing that happens where he said Albert was up telling his daughters that he's constantly testing them to make sure they're okay .
So continue experiment to try to make sure everything's okay , what he will always be , taking some of their blood , and then we see it the end of , towards the end of the episode that he's injecting the blood inside of himself .
Now they wanted to find a secret laboratory , whole bunch of things , whole bunch of stuff saying that umbrella is not at all what he's been lying to his daughters about what they really are , and they found the vows of blood .
Unfortunately , around this time too , they get a chance to get a whole lot more information and Albert winds up Getting out After killing old dude . He winds up getting out , winds of getting to his home to talk to his girls and Discovered it there in his lab . He gets angry , goes after them .
They wind up knocking him unconscious and time up and he winds up spilling trying not even really spilling all the beans , he just spilled some stuff into that but he reveals that the girls were born in the school of medicine in San Francisco Using two women's eggs , and that's why they've never met their mothers , because these women were just .
This was just a very specific experiment to see if he could have kids , and there's a reason for that as well too , but we're not going into that .
¶ Revelations and Clones
We also find out , of course , something we already knew . The dog that bit Billy , was actually infected with the t-virus . It causes mutation , but she is resistant to it , which is very interesting . He did this on purpose .
He said that he actually specifically modified their DNA to excel in mental , mental and physical performances and Specifically points out how it is that they were always extremely smart , even though they didn't want to pay attention in class . They were always the best of the best at everything . He's like he did that on purpose .
It was an experiment to it , pretty much like a super soldier program lots of not fun , but umbrella knows exactly what they are and they're going to try to preserve Billy of the lab Specimen .
They found out that she's infected , because the thing about it is , aside from the fact that they're super soldiers , you've been exposed to t-virus and you're resisting it , you've she's been bitten by by this point . I think it's been like a week , and so it's like , hmm , something crazy is happening here . Now we go into the next episode , episode 6 .
Episode 6 we do wind up . We do want to getting a little bit more information of nine little . We get a lot of information about what happens in the past . This episode we have absolutely Nothing . We have like nothing from the present timeline . It would just you don't find out what happens to older Jade until the very next episode .
So let's go ahead and quit into this one and this is called someone's little girl . This is a very I'm gonna try to briefly is down as much as I can . So All right in this particular case . So we are already mentioned . So Albert wound up killing angel and he was getting imprisoned .
So they wanted to locking them up to say something's wrong with him and during this time we find out while Albert is in is being locked up , he discovers that Is brother is still alive and you're like what if you ? Yeah , that's another big change that happens into this one , because from the original Albert Wesker , albert Wesker didn't have any brothers whatsoever .
So it's like I'm confused about what's happening there . We're not gonna get no more information on to that one . No , but yeah , I'm not my bad , I'm sorry we do get information from from the newest one . I forgot , it's just that we wound up getting a lot . This has been a lot of stuff that wanted happening here .
But so , yeah , he wants to find a guy by his brother and the thing about this is that Jade is freaking out about stuff that's happening , they finding out all this information .
She and Billy wants to run away , but then it's so much that's going on but she can't , and so , but it's very interesting getting a chance to meet this brother , this other Albert Wesker . So , my bad , but back into the future . We're present day timeline . Jade was up .
She's supposedly supposed to be locked up in an umbrella base , but Billy tries to say that hey , you've always with my sister , I love you and I'm gonna help you escape , you know , without particularly saying that .
So she pretends to be like have been knocked out by Jade and you know , jade manages to escape and manages to go back into the um , manages to go back into the boat , and so the boat was known as the library .
One of things specifically is the umbrella has been hunting down the library for a very long time but have been unsuccessful , and being able to find it , this one was very interesting , this aspect here because I was , like you know , once I kept submission in the library .
I was like what is okay , the library , some type of secret thing , and it wasn't being a boat in the middle of the ocean and I'm just sitting here like I'm brother . Y'all have eyes and satellites everywhere , but you , you don't know what the library is , is a boat . You didn't know about this little boat just flying around .
Even worse than that , the boat has a giant mutated alligator in the back of the boat . As the boat is moving as a giant alligator under the water , you have satellites that can peer damn near down to the depths of the ocean and you didn't notice this boat that had a giant alligator . This one didn't make no sense to me .
I was just like bro in the world . This episode was heartbreaking . This episode we wanted to getting introduced into jade's little daughter , and this was one where Jade just was too engrossed in her work and really briefly , jade was up . She was it being the cause of her friend Amrita from Rita's death and , unfortunately , her unborn child .
What happens is Jay manages to get back to the boat and she winds up there experimenting with the pheromones . Jade is supposed to be trying to get back close with her daughter . Her daughter misses her but unfortunately , as much as Jay says I love my daughter miss her .
She is entirely in to engrossed into her research , even to the point where her daughter has learned how to play the piano and was doing a recital in front of everybody else on the ship where she was performing and Jade wound up skipping out of it because some new research information popped up . It was just horrible .
Her daughter said trying to find out where her mom is at , trying to find out where her mom wasn't there and unfortunately Amrita and Jade they on a positive note , they seem . They find out that the pheromones , they experiment and they find out a way to possibly make it work , to get it react to other zero DNA .
But they also want to run a live test on to it . But the thing about it is Jade is impatient as hell because to run a live test they have to go get a zero and and then bring it on to the ship with all these people and just see they can run a test to keep under control . You can already guess where this goes .
Amrita says we're gonna try to more in the morning to see if we get approval . Jay doesn't wait . She goes out in the middle of the night and go finds a zero in the first place by herself , without approval , and sneaks in onto the boat . Her daughter notices that her mom isn't there and she's like aren't you supposed to be sleeping ?
She goes to her mom's lab and her mom was experimenting on the pheromones , sprayed the pheromones herself and she was able to make herself , in particular , invisible to the zero . However , her daughter is not invisible and she did not properly strap down the zero . The zero was of getting loose , chasing after Jay's daughter after knocking Jay out a little bit .
Unfortunately , one is up attacking Amrita and one is up biting and they wanted to have into killing her and they wanted to have into gun down Amrita as well as the zero . And Amrita was pregnant with her baby . She had only been pregnant for a few months and it was just like Jay . What the hell man Like what the hell .
So Jay takes responsibility and she's frustrated but then wound up also finding out too . Jay was very stupid . She trusted her sister so much that she didn't pay attention that there was a tracker inside of her bag that her sister snuck in there . Stupid , like I told you before , jay makes a lot of stupid mistakes here , man .
So now we're getting into some of the longer parts into this . Forgive me , I know this kind of goes a little long , but each episode is like an hour hour and change long , so I'm trying to go through it just really briefly , but I'm still with . So episode seven parasite . Now we're going to go back a little bit further .
We finally get more information about this Albert , aka Al Wesker , and the other Albert that we met , the one that has facial hair that was in the prison , bert , and so you know one is Al , one is Bert , but apparently there was another . There was some other ones there too . We find out that they're actually clones .
It was another one named Alby that's what they just give them nicknames and all of them were specifically in research . So the thing about it is is that Albert Wesker from the original series is a doctor . He was Dr Albert Wesker . He was a scientist , but also was military , ex military as well too . So he had smarts and physical ability .
That's what makes him such an imposing force . This particular Albert Wesker is not . He's still a doctor , but he's not as like . He's not as that advanced . He's not one of the biggest like smarter doctors in this particular world and this story and stuff like that . So he has his clones doing the research for him and he is violent as hell .
He will kill his clones and not care if you don't do what he tells you to do . So all of them are pretty much afraid of him . So what ones are happening is that is Al and Bert . These two want to be captured by umbrella .
¶ Clones, Truces, and Chaos
Bert he is kind of a child's mind . I think the way they portrayed him was that he was kind of autistic a little bit . And what ones are happening is that he he can be kind of uncontrollable . So they keep him locked up . They still use his mind to help out with things .
He still does occasional research to help out , but in the most part he just stays in his prison cell . But it's made nice , it's whatever how he wants it and so what ? He is able to just kind of live a pretty chill life . But he thought that his brothers were dead , and Al the one that we've been following the story .
He thought that all his brothers were dead too , and then finds out that Bert is actually still alive . It wound up talking and Bert was finding out that Al has some daughters as well too , and he was like I have nieces . He's like this is crazy , but Bert winds up getting out and that was fun . That was not fun , but yeah .
So Bert winds up getting out and just things wound up being crazy . And so he winds up trying to go find Billy and Jade . And so Bert gets out because he's also physically strong . He's actually stronger than Al . He's not violent towards people he cares about , but violent towards people who stand in his way . Pretty interesting .
He winds up finding Billy and Jade , but they quickly note that something is wrong and they're like you ain't the same that we know . And so , after trying to escape from him a little bit , and he catches up , and then they wind up running into some more umbrella team .
They , that's when they pretty much find out what's really going on , is he just pretty much explains to them that an actuality , he is a clone in that he is a clone of their dad , al , and they're confused as hell . That was going on .
But unfortunately , they do also find out more about those blood samples because , like I mentioned before , even though they had captured their dad and tied him up , he wouldn't reveal everything . They found out that the blood samples is actually to help maintain their dad .
Evelyn winds up revealing this information to them and it's like , yeah , it's actually because of the fact that your dad is a clone , but he's an unstable clone and he actually created you specifically to keep himself alive .
Now , granted , that may have wound up starting out as true , but Al actually did grow to love his daughters and he wanted the best for his daughters . Whereas , yes , he still needed to keep himself alive , to be a parent to them as well , to self preservation , he did also still modify them to be better because he wanted them to be better .
So it's a little bit more into that , but of course you know it's not . She's not going to do that . She's just going to specifically just say into that . But then she proves it , unfortunately by offering Al a blood sample , because he's starting to shake . His biometrics is starting to break down and fortunately you know well .
Now , unfortunately , instead of dying , he takes the blood and winds up injecting himself and they just allow Billy and Jade to leave . So going back into the future timeline because also that , if you ever know , is this switch into this . We started off before with the present day Jade and then move into the past .
Once we reach the home movies episode , where we mostly get a chance to focus on what happened with young Jadie and Billy , it switches . We now start off from the young Jade and young Billy and then progress into the present day Jade . So , present day Jade , she winds up .
She's still trying to continue her study because we're getting a quick back before she finds out that our umbrella is found , has found her . So the thing about it is is that they wind up just creating a truce of umbrella to try to go ahead and see if they can do . But the thing about it is is that Jade knows umbrella . She's like true single to work .
I'm just going to turn myself in , just going to keep it simple . So she decides to give herself away , and so this doesn't bold as well , unfortunately , because Jade's daughter also has a little bit of that dumb gene in her . I'm just going to be honest there . So Jade winds up going to umbrella .
She wants to give herself away in exchange for them to leave the library alone and leave all the people alone . Unfortunately , umbrella now knows what the library is . They no longer truly safe .
Umbrella may come back later on , but it's the momentary truce that they can go at for right now the ones that are happening is that they go to the dock near nearby island . Jade leaves .
She's trusting her man with with their daughter , and the thing about it is is that but they don't know that she has left to go find her mommy because she doesn't want to leave her mommy and her mommy is always leaving . It's gone for months and months at a time and she wants to be with her .
So she leaves and we wound up getting a chance of getting more information from Billy . We find out that Billy goes to just a near set up umbrella set up nearby camp . They go and then Billy talks with Jade and they find out that an actuality , billy is in control and she has been modifying the joy which I forgot to mention .
The joy drug is what the T virus is . Pretty much . It was supposed to just give people happiness and things like that . That's the new product that Umbrella was making . Unfortunately , it does not go well and it all breaks down horribly in the very last episode . But the thing about it is is that so we find out that Billy the Evelyn , is actually still alive .
We do find out that Wesker , that Albert Wesker , al , has died . We don't hear anything else from Bert . We don't know what is going on with him . He's just he's gone out . This point as far as the present day timeline . We don't know nothing on to that one .
But then what winds up happening is that Billy was a beam that is actually the true leader of Umbrella .
She's been manipulating Evelyn , using joy and using biomechanics and stuff to try to make her say whatever it is that she wants to say and do whatever it is that she wants to do , and so this whole time she's just been wanting her sister to help rule by her side or die One of those two things into that .
But she actually does still kind of love her sister and just want her to be there . Unfortunately , jade , of course , is like no , this ain't gonna happen and she wound up sneaking the pheromones , so they wound up dissecting the pheromones into two separate ones before Amarita died .
They have one that makes zeros move away from you or not know that you're there , and one that attracts them to you . And of course she took the one that attracts the zeros there off the boat At least that was smart and kept it with her . She winds up breaking the vial and then a bunch of zeros just start attacking the Umbrella base .
And it was a breaking into all out chaos . And moving into the next episode , I'm just going to go ahead and talk about the future timeline , the present day timeline , and then I'm going to go back into the past . So the present day timeline the zeros are making their way to Umbrella's perimeter .
Billy winds up returning to the tent where Evelyn is and while she's trying to drag Jade and they're all trying to fight , everyone is trying to fight the zeros and unfortunately we find out that B has made her way to the island to try to find her mommy .
So winds up , happening is that Jade manages to make her way back to the ship but discovers B isn't there , her daughter and she's like great , I need to go find this girl . So they decided to jump all the way back to the island . But what they decided to do was hey , that giant alligator in the back . We're going to use that .
So she gets approval to activate the giant alligator because apparently it's been dormant sleep because they've been constantly pumping it with electricity to like knock it unconscious and so they give it a big jolt of electricity to wake it up , and because it's also attracted to those pheromones , because it's a mutated monster from the T virus as well , it immediately
goes to the Umbrella Basin , starts attacking as well too , but as winds up being weird behind scene where B is right there , the little girl she's right there and the giant alligator monster is right there but doesn't attack her . Doesn't quite explain why .
It just kind of stops , but it's only for a brief moment , because Billy starts shooting at it and then the monster starts attacking . We know the monster manages to escape . They destroy all the umbrella , all the umbrella . People in the canvas can then completely annihilate it . We do not truly know if Billy died or not .
We just know that she was gone and unfortunately in the library left , and Jade and B are now together reunited and it feels so good to be stranded with a whole bunch of zeros . Yeah , yeah , nonsense onto that one . That whole whole thing was just crazy . I don't . I don't understand what's that , what really was going on into that one ? But yeah , this is .
It's just crazy . No , my bad , billy did get away . I think she got away . Yeah , she did . She got on the helicopter , she managed to get away . Yeah , it was supposed to be a set up for season two , season two and happening going back into the past timeline and we'll go ahead and end this podcast .
Like I said , this show was around everywhere , I don't know . I give my summary , I give my rating on to it right after we're done . So this one going back into the past , evelyn was a bring in Bert back to sell and she offers him his own house in exchange for help for the new project , the tyrant , which is what the T stands for a tyrant virus .
In order to try to help , jade and Billy are trying to escape , but unfortunately , billy wants to be in caught and Simon and Jade they want to infiltrating umbrella HQ to try to help things out . Unfortunately , by this point , the reason Simon is helping out is because they found out more about the joy virus being , about the joy drug being a virus .
Simon finds out that his mom , evelyn and yes , I forgot to mention that , but it's somewhat important is that Simon's mom is Evelyn , the true head of umbrella corporation . But the thing about it is that he has two moms , evelyn and his other mom . Evelyn is his biological mom . His other mom is like a stepmom , but he loves them both .
¶ Review and Critique of a Show
But unfortunately Evelyn has been giving her wife the joy drug into constantly make her happy . He knows something is off because his mom was cutting her hand and she just doesn't react to it . It's okay . It's okay , it doesn't hurt . It's okay . He's like no , it should hurt , something is wrong . He goes to confront his mom have you been giving mom these drugs ?
Have you been giving her these drugs Like , do you know what's happening to her ? It's like it's supposed to make it give her a better life . He's like no , it's not , it's making her freak , it's destroying stuff . And so he winds up helping Jade . They need to bring umbrella down . Things just go bad here . So they wound up trying to break out , al .
They wound up Bert winds up breaking out . They're trying to go get Jade back so they can . I mean , they're trying to go get Billy back so they can go ahead and escape . Unfortunately , it winds up leading to an all out confrontation .
We wound up having Al and Bert and Jade and Billy and Simon on one side , evelyn and some umbrella guards on the other side , and so , unfortunately , what was of happening is that they wound up now having to hunt down Billy to try to kill her .
Things go left to the point when they had the confrontation and then Evelyn winds up shooting Simon in the head Because he found out the truth and it was like bro , what the hell ? And she didn't shoot him once , she , she , it was just one in the world . She shot him in the head and she tries and she's trying to shoot out .
She's blaming him , saying none of this would happen if it wasn't your fault . Everything catches on fire .
The building winds up blowing , the building winds up , going up in flames and , unfortunately , the scot , the tyrant virus , is wound up , being released , is breaking through the rubble and it was being released out into the world , which pretty much leads to why in the future , well , the present day that the whole world has been infected , this whole .
I'm sorry coughing , because it was just a lot . This whole show was crazy . It started off interesting and quickly started losing me . I was following along . Then it just felt like it was just going , I don't know . It felt like it was going everywhere , like it was just going everywhere , bro , it was too much so .
Visually wise because you know our rate based on different things into that . Visually wise , it was stunning visuals , I Will say it was entertaining to watch as far as , like how the visuals were explosions were nice , flames or everything looked pretty cool . Everything was visually sound . The story writing , man , I got lost so much to that .
Like at first I was like , okay , you got a plot , b plot , things are gonna come together , type of thing and it's like I don't know really , bro , I don't know , it's too much . The show did not get renewed for a second season . It's very understandable why . I think I'm for five . I have to get this like a 2.5 .
Like the first time I tried to do this recording , to do review into it , I tried to be really nice about it , but then I Can't do that . I gotta be honest , man , I have to go back . We look at things . I mean there's a lot of callbacks , which is awesome , you know , if you are a fan of the original Resident Evil series . It's cool .
I'm looking into it from as a fan , I probably give it a 1.5 , to be honest with you . But looking into it asa , just as a show in itself , yeah , probably could 2.5 out of 5 . On stat , I probably give it a half . I'll give it a half , 50% Because stunning visuals .
The story was okay towards the beginning , but then it's like you don't get a chance to see too much . Like you got these giant Monsters but there's no real giant monster fight . That changed the zombies names to zeros makes no damn sense . And then we wound up getting . It was just too much .
And then Jade being stupid , like the progression of the story , was Jade being stupid ? That's really what was happening through the young time and through the old time too , she's being stupid . You know . She reached out to find out , dude , about the truth . Dude told you he wanted to come see you and then he shows up , you freaking out . Why are you here ?
Oh , my god , I don't know . You sent me messages and then , like the future time , you , you endangered your daughter , you endangered your friend , got her , got your friend killed Because you couldn't wait , just . And then the bad part about his Billy escapes . I had to go back and relook into it because I'm doing this , I haven't gone back and watched it .
I'm doing this particular recording because I was just like brah , this is too much . I forgot Billy escapes because Jay couldn't pull the trigger . That's really what happened . Jay couldn't pull the trigger but Billy could pull the trigger . She wound up shooting her ass but she couldn't kill it , she just shot at J .
Being stupid was the progression of this whole story and that was just like that . That's one of the worst things into the writing . So yeah , but yeah , that was a BMI review on to this one . But hey , definitely check out some new things coming along .
This being released should be somewhere around If I'm great , should be October , about time this recording gets released out and we have so many great things coming . I mean Halloween's coming up . So many great things because this is like nerd culture . Nerds love Halloween . If you're a cosplayer , I can't wait to see all the amazing cosplays that you guys do .
In fact , I would love to see if we are able to so go ahead and do some type of competition as far as some of the best cosplays that we see from you guys , and we would love to see what it's that you can do , love to see what you guys have to offer and just see the community grow and just be awesome and amazing .
So the show you may want to watch it . You may not great visuals , but I don't know other than that that's all I really got for you guys . Thank you so much for tuning in and listening in . So I would talk about the show .
We've kind of reviewed it and as you've been following along , you probably feel just as lost as I have been about the writing On to that , but all the way , though , not too bad , definitely .
¶ Lance Redick's Character Role in Show
Also resting peace to the great Lance Redick . He's been a lot of different things . He's been in a lot of great shows . This one unfortunately not as much , but that's not so much his fault . He killed it as Albert Wesker In fact he's also one of the most favorite characters in the show was how he did his character role . He did a fantastic job .
But till then , stay nerdy , my friends . Great things are coming , as of course our big man , jet black , loves to say . And hey , we'll go ahead , zone out and talk to you all next time you .
