Normally, I have very strict boundaries with my screen time but the last couple of weeks I've really struggled with it and I was on my phone and laptop more than I wanted to. So today I'm going to share with you how I use yoga to get back to my healthy boundaries. Would you like to spend less time in front of your screen and have more time for other things like reading, exercising, meditating, cooking, being present with loved ones? I know that I do for sure.
