This short practice can be done from the comfort of your desk while at work or studying. Sit on a chair and tune in for 10 minutes to care for your neck. If you are feeling stressed, overwhelmed or have pain in the upper body, this practice is for you. 

Level: Beginner

Recommended Props: Sit on a chair. Useful, but not necessary. This practice can also be done sitting on the floor if you prefer.
