How to Make Over $100k/Year as a Small YouTuber with Under 100k Subscribers

This week I had Megan from the Portable Professional on the show! She’s a travel tips & hacks YouTuber (not a vlogger!). In this interview, we talk a lot about monetizing for a channel under 100k subscribers. In 2022, she was able to make $100k off her channel.

One of the things that I found really insightful in valuable was how she negotiates with brands. She says she is “ruthless,” and she goes into detail about her high standards when it comes to negotiating with brands. She is so meticulous with her monetization strategy, and it’s really paying off!
