Episode description

Today I am chatting with Andrew Kerr, who is a truly bright up and coming young entrepreneur. While completing his Pharmacology degree at Strathclyde University in Scotland, he won a highly competitive Entrepreneurship competition at the business school, judged by "The Good and The Great" of Scotland, and had the privilege of going to dinner with billionaire Sir Tom Hunter, the richest man in Scotland.

He is now doing a degree in Medicine at Cambridge University (arguable the most demanding programme there) while running a start up called Actigo. Think AirBnb, but for fitness, sports and gyms. Absolute genius.

This is a highly uplifting episode and Andrew's incredible attitude and desire for impact shines throughout.

In this episode you will learn about:

  • How to pitch a billionaire
  • Common misconceptions about the wealthy
  • The power of the entrepreneurial mindset
  • How to balance a Cambridge medical degree with your start up
  • Why impact matters
  • Why your comfort zone is ruining your life
  • And so much more…

Favourite quote: "I don’t want to be the richest man in the graveyard."
