On the Frontlines: Rojava Revolution

Bio: This miniseries highlights  frontline struggles, resistance and peoples actions that are taking place right now around the world; and we will hear from the peoples directly. We hope it allows for collective learning efforts, and for building bridges across our causes for international solidarity.  For this episode, we hear from Elif Sarican (@elifxeyal) about the Rojava Revolution in North East Syria in pursuit of freedom and autonomy of the Kurdish peoples, in resisting against colonialism, patriarchy and capitalism and what alternatives have been in the making there, with a special focus on the womens liberation movement.
