Mulder and Scully investigate a series of seemingly impossible assassinations of military officials. The killer appears to be a Vietnam War veteran who possesses the uncanny ability to become invisible to the naked eye. As they delve deeper, Mulder and Scully uncover a conspiracy within the U.S. government to cover up the existence of American POWs who were left behind in Vietnam.
