This gem of an episode was written by show runner Chris Carter. Not his best work but we forgive him because he gave us Mulder and Scully.
In Space, Mulder fangirls over an astronaut named Lt. Col. Marcus Aurelius Belt. Is this dude one to sabotage missions? It he possessed by some alien face from Mars? ... Well who knows.
Jess and Dini do all they can to avoid getting into this episode, including talking about childhood trauma and the abandonment of their fathers. So, be warned.
