I recently interviewed mark Semanski for an upcoming WP minute plus episode, where we explore the opportunities to contribute back to WordPress for air quotes, newcomers like him. He's been around since 2018, started his agency around 2019.

If you want to educate users on new ways of design development, or simply how to WordPress.
Then YouTube could be for you. If you have strong opinions about a topic near and dear to you start that newsletter. Want to attract a younger audience to WordPress hop on Tik TOK. Lord knows I can't. You'll be amazed with how much you can learn about end users touching WordPress for the very first time. So the message today is quite simple.
