This week I am joined by Brendan Guinan, the man with the purest meat. Brendan tells us great stories of how he started his own transport company and what came with it, to then leaving that behind to building his own self sustaining farm. What Brendan is currently doing with his farm is a model that could be adapted to most farms and is so interesting it nearly had us convinced to go buy our plots.
