Susie Adams is a leadership and career coach at Carolin Associates, where she is owner and founder. She began coaching and consulting following a 30-year career with one of the United States’ largest energy companies.  In that capacity, she served as a communications leader and counsellor for senior leadership. She also teaches in the mass communications department at Winthrop University.
