This week’s guests are Laura Casale and Keren Eldad.

Laura is a highly experienced consultant, program manager, coach, and leader. She has had a long career in HR, primarily in Learning and Leadership Development, in both the tech and financial services industries.

Laura is passionate about career development and empowering people to achieve their potential. She thrives in fast-paced environments, and is able to quickly build trust with clients to help them drive towards the growth needed to achieve their vision.

Laura is complimented most for her ability to truly understand her client’s needs, meet them where they are, and tailor the experience.

In 2015, Laura started a path to coaching certifications, with the intent of approaching careers, especially career transitions with a whole-life approach. Her certifications include: IBM Career Coach (2015), Integrative Wellbeing Coach (2018), Life Coach and Life Purpose Coach (2020). She will use coaching methods that align best with each individual client. During the sessions, she supports her clients to gain perspective, align to their purpose and passions, envision and set goals, and stay accountable. She believes everyone has the power within themselves to live authentically and achieve their potential.

Laura is also the founder of the Women in Transitions Group (July 2021). Here she collaborates with other coaches to provide coaching, education, and events that empower women through professional career transitions.

She has written articles for ThriveGlobal and volunteers as a Life and Career Transition coach through MeetUp.com, SkillCycle, and Women’s Mentoring Networks.
