Welcome to the perineum of Christmas. This is our second slice of Anna Harding, in which she talks to us about habits, training over Christmas, and how to fit in the training but also to be kind to ourselves. She introduces the brilliant concept of habit stacking, too.


New Year resolutions 

Stacked around Anna are some chunks of chat from me and Hol about new year’s resolutions and what we want to do in January that we know is achievable, and something we’d like to continue to do as the year carries on. We don’t want to sack it all off in February. So we continue our conversations about how to become a morning person, and how to introduce some lovely treats on our life.
