When Katrina Townsend started journaling about her Instagram obsession and shopping addiction, the process became the catalyst for a new creation. Eventually, after facing her demons and writing through a pandemic, her book, The Anti-consumerist Druid was born. 
Debut author, Kat, talks openly about how she has beat that shopping addiction, tempered her use of social media, and cultivated a healthier self-image while discovering a love of the Celtic goddess Brigid along the pathway to Druidry and a magical life.
