Nearly 200 folks around the world gathered in the Zoom Room for our Monday lunchtime chat with legendary Dharma teacher, Catherine Ingram. In the 1970s, Catherine co-founded the most prestigious Buddhist Centre in the west - the Insight Meditation Society - and since then has written seminal works, led retreats, run a weekly Dharma Dialogue series, and been a voice of nourishment and solace to thousands. This is an edited version of her chat with Dumbo Feather's Berry Liberman and Nathan Scolaro.
