Warrick and partner Nicola Palmer have reopened the Waterfall Hotel after a significant refurbishment and are doing some great things with food and wine. They installed an Argentinian Asardo BBQ they call 'Fires of Hell'. Some great stories about recent events, the history of the pub and their Biodynamic farm Penobscot. Lots of great times ahead at this iconic pub in the heart of Clare.
