Jo is a champion of Alternative Varietals, her list of wine styles made each year is huge.
Simon Nash and Jo chat about the Alpine Valleys region where these grapes are grown, it is said to be marginal as a wine growing region so site and varietal selection is crucial. That's the challenge Jo relishes.
After a smoke affected 2020 vintage with no wines made the 2021 vintage was spectacular. We can't wait to see them come through from later this year.
