Kara is an incredible sommelier in the fabric of Australian and International dining. Her resume is awesome, her palate is finely tuned and together with these attributes she just happens to be one of the most excellent and nicest people in the wine industry. It's always great to catch up with NJM from small batch/artisan Margaret River producer Wines of Merritt. Amongst all of the wines (including Chenin Blanc, Syrah, Cabernet Franc etc) his partner in crime Sarah is also making a gin. What a talented bunch!!!

Another power couple from South Australia but this time from the Barossa. We're talking old school German families here people! Richo & Courtney are charmed by the wonderful history of the Barossa and also the incredible diversity of site, soil and situation. Sam's family goes all the way back in the region to 1847 and Johann Gramp so his lineage is impeccable and together with his wife he makes awesome ultra small batch wines.

XO Wine Co is an ultra boutique brand which produces high quality small batch gear including rose, chardy, pinot & grenache amongst others. We were particularly charmed by their amazing relationship with all of their growers.
