Tanking | Can it still work and how will it factor into the next CBA?

The Cubs and Astros famously used tanking to build World Series champions. Other teams have tried to tank with less success. Evan Drellich is joined by Cubs reporter Sahadev Sharma, Astros reporter Jake Kaplan and Orioles reporter Dan Connolly to discuss why it worked in Houston and Chicago, why it may not work in Baltimore and why it's a big issue in the current CBA negotiations.
