Mark and Jeremy sit down in the barn and discuss how Mark grew up with the dream of becoming a cowboy. Mark shares his experience working on the big outfits and how good mentorship shaped him and prepared him for becoming a mentor himself. Mark has worked on many of the big ranches and learned how to make a hand.  This episode is packed with nuggets of wisdom and just shows  what you can accomplish with some grit and humility. Mark is a cowboy in every sense of the word and is learning to focus on what matters most.
