Andy and Van try to prevent the Minbari Civil War by defending Ft Sumter from... no, wait, that's not it. They try to convince the Non-Aligned Worlds to let White Stars patrol their borders because absolutely nothing happened in sector whatever today! Yeah! It's another "slow burn" episode as Season 4 ramps back up!
