Orphans, widows and strangers are three groups of people the bible insists we should care for. For many, foreigners or immigrants meet the Biblical standard for “stranger”. So for us, as followers of Jesus, the question has to be, “how are we to care for them?” And how should we engage the cultural discussion going on about immigrants and immigration?
