A Common, and very Costly, Leadership Mistake.

One of the greatest challenges in Network Marketing is making sure people are given the right tools and info to succeed.

Not enough - they get frustrated and quit.
Too much - they get overwhelmed and quit. 

And this is especially prevalent when it comes to leadership. 

And as much as we want to invite everyone to the leadership table, the reality is that if everyone is a leader - then no one is a leader.
