This is the warning across the world. At this exact moment, there are hundreds of thousands of American forces standing vigil in defense of liberty and freedom. They are ready to fight tonight in Korea if necessary. They are on ballistic missile submarines and on aircraft carriers. American forces later today will be fired on by Huti rebels. They will shoot down ballistic missiles headed to Israel. From the Arctic to the Horn of Africa. The American military is the guaranteur
of stability and peace. It is the singularly deadliest and most complex organization in world history. There is nothing more complex than it. The individual service branches, like the Army, are older than the United States. The Marine Corps motto semper fidelis always faithful. The young men and women who raise their hand and swear an oath deserve competent able moral leadership. Pete Heggsath is unfit, spectacularly so at every
conceivable level. The answer to his nomination by the United States Senate must be a hard no. It must be Pete Heggsath is a drunk and an abuser of women. There are millions of Americans who struggle with addiction. All of those people's lives have worth and purpose, but the choices we make in life limit some of them. If you are a person who is slosh at five in the afternoon or at two in the morning, you can't be the person who gets the phone call when an
American destroyer is attacked by a terrorist. You can't get the phone call when a missile is fired at Israel, and you most certainly cannot be the person who wakes up the President of the United States with news of an invasion. These jobs are deadly jobs. They require stature and decency, judgment, rectitude. This was a position that was held by George Marshall. Here's what Jane Mayer, arguably the nation's best investigative journalists, wrote about Donald Trump's defense nominee.
A trail of documents corroborated by the accounts of former colleagues, indicates that Hegsath was forced to step down by two of the nonprofit advocacy groups that he ran, Veterans for Freedom and Concerned Veterans for America, in the face of serious allegations of financial mismanagement, sexual impropriety, and personal misconduct. It should be noted that these organizations were ten people's
staff and five million dollar bar. The Pentagon is the largest and most complex organization on the Earth, with a trillion dollar budget and thousands of nuclear weapons warheads under
its command and control. Let me continue reading. A previously undisclosed whistleblower report on Hegseth's tenure as the president of Concerned Veterans for America from twenty and thirteen and twenty and sixteen describes him as repeatedly intoxicated while acting in his official capacity, to the point of needing to be
carried out of the organization's events. The detailed seven page report, which was compiled by multiple former CVA employees and said to the organization's senior management in February twenty fifteen, states that at one point, Hegseths had to be restrained, while drunk, from joining the dancers on the stage of a Louisiana
strip club where he had brought his team. The report also says that Hegseth, who was married at the time, and other members of his management team sexually pursued the organization's female staffers, whom they divided into two groups, the
party Girls and the not Party Girls. In addition, The report asserts that under Hegseth's leadership, the organization became a hostile workplace that ignored serious accusations of impropriety, including an allegation made by a female employee that another employee on Hegseeth's staff had attempted to sexually assault her at the
Louisiana Strip Club. In a separate letter of complaint, which was sent to the organization in late twenty fifteen, a different former employee described Hegseeth being at a bar in the early morning hours of May twenty nine, twenty fifteen, while on an official tour through cyah Hoga Falls, Ohio. Un can lee chanting quote, kill all Muslims, Kill all Muslims. This is what Pete Hegsath's mother wrote to him in
a letter obtained by The New York Times. Again, I want you to comprehend these words duty, honor, country, words like semper fidelus, the Marine Corps motto always faithful, the Army motto founded in seventeen seventy five. This we will defend. According to missus heg Seth talking about the son she gave birth to on behalf of all the women. And I know it's many you have abused in some way. I say, get some help and take an honest look
at yourself. I have no respect for any man that belittles, lies, cheats, sleeps around, and uses women for his own power and ego. You are that man, and have been four years and as you were mother. It pains me and embarrasses me to say that, but it is the sad, sad truth. Americas, all volunteer military force and their families do not deserve this. The eighteen year old seamen does not deserve this. The nineteen year old marine does not deserve this. The twenty
year old soldier does not deserve this. None of them do. They deserve decency and honor and integrity in their chain of command. They deserve good judgment. They deserve a Secretary of Defense that will be stone cold sober at two in the morning when he's wakened in the middle of the night and told that a terror attack has killed hundreds of Americans somewhere in the world, or that an invasion has begun, or that a coup has occurred, or that missiles have hit an American destroyer in the Red Sea.
Who knows Pete Hegscheth is a Fox News Morning show clown, and that's where he should go back to. But even Nay won't have him. Now he's going to end up on the island of Misfit Toys, where all the toys can make a forever living on.

Instead of running the Defense Department and having to worry about nuclear weapons, Pete Hegsheth will soon be doing this along with his friend mac As. The decision before the US Senate is fundamentally about whether to desecrate the integrity of these institutions, to assault the concepts of honor and sacrifice that are at their root, making a mockery of them, a punchline out of them, and of course, the endangering of lives with a clown life and death job. There
are no words. We have arrived in a moment in time where forty nine percent of the country has sent a signal to the commander in chief to be that they want him to burn it down. They don't have the mandate to do it. What they have is the power to do it, the matches to do it, and all the gasoline that is required to do it. The good news is the opposition still controls a lot of
water and a lot of hoses. So the worst of these people can be stopped, and they must be stopped from the power cabinet jobs, the ones that have police state possibility, the ones that control nuclear weapons, the ones that have within their arsenal ballistic missile submarines. There is no greater and no more serious responsibility than the charge the President has for the lives of the young American
men and women under his command. Full stuff. No serious person with any sense of responsibility for that vital moral role could conceivably stand by this nomination. Maybe it's the case that Donald Trump is terribly advised, which of course he is. Maybe it's the case that somebody ran wild and didn't do any vetting on Pete Hegsath. Whatever the case may be, it's time for Pete Hegsath to find his way to cameo. You ought to give mac Gates a call. They seem like a great batman and Robin Duo.
