Ninety eight days to go until America picks a new president, twenty one days until the gavel drops at the Democratic National Convention and opens the event that will end in the nomination of Kamala Harris, the Vice President of the United States, to be the Democratic Party's standard bearer. This is the warning, and this is a good news Monday,
because the polls they are moving on up. When you look at the states that will decide who the forty seventh President of the United States is, they are tightening. Kamala Harris is on the move. The race is tied. Trump is no longer winning. If the election were tomorrow,
nobody has any idea who would win. And that's a big step in the right direction, and in fact it's an amazing one because two weeks ago it was certain defeat for President by and one of the reasons for that was because the Biden team did not hit back. Politics is a contact sport, particularly in this era. The idea that the Democratic Party or the presidency can float
above Donald Trump is nonsense. The comeback of Donald Trump and the Maga movement from his disgrace and his defeat to be standing at the edge of presidential victory is the singular biggest failure of the Democratic Party in the last eighty years. It was an epic failure, but it has been rectified because Kamala Harris's team has teeth and bite. The thing about this is when Donald Trump hits like all bullies, he must be hit back, he must be
called out. Truth of the matter is he's utterly incoherent, he's batshit crazy, and he's way too old to be the president of the United States. That's the truth, and it's about time somebody edit inside the Democratic Party. Trump's rallies are going to become more and more unhinged as the time passes. As these ninety eight days draw down, We're going to see a level of racial animus. We're going to see a level of violent rhetoric the likes of which we have never seen in a presidential election.
And the American people have seen an awful lot over the last nine years as they've witnessed the Trump degeneracy and the desecrations of our most important institutions. This election will be here fast, and it's great news. Hundreds of thousands of people have volunteered for Kamala Harris. It's great news. That two hundred million dollars have been raised. Soon she will announce her vice presidential peck. He will not be a weirdo like JD. Vance or whatever name JD. Vans
likes to go by. He's had many if you didn't know that. He also believes beaten women, tortured women should stay married, stay with their abusers. He believes a ten year old raped by her father should carry that pregnancy to term. JD. Vance is off the wall. Kamala Harris's pick. If it's Mark Kelly, for example, we'll be an American hero. What a contrast. The choice in this election is going to be normalcy versus extremism. It's going to be decency
versus degeneracy. It's going to be reality versus delusion. It's going to be freedom versus trump Ism. Trump Ism is not a philosophy of freedom or liberty. It's a philosophy about power for Donald Trump. And like all philosophies, it's drifted and then it drifted some more, and it drifted into waters where it started to define itself and it became fascistic. And that's what Donald Trump is. Nine years in. He's a fascist and he's running against a very skilled candidate,
Kamala Harris, who is now climbing. She has not made a single mistake since she entered this race, which she did flawlessly. It is as if a spring was being stepped on and now it has been released and she has been catapulted, catapulted into orbit. It's a good thing. It's a good thing for liberty, for America, for free people around the world who do not want to see
the United States organized by a corrupt Donald Trump. Get involved, join this community, spread the word, donate money to the campaign, get involved in a local race, do something. Because citizenship is a participation sport, and this is a moment where citizenship must be practiced. We have to push this MAGA movement back deep underground, and let's hope this is the end of America's fascist flirtation for the rest of all of our lifetimes. This is the warning. I'm Steve Schmidt.
