Welcome to another edition of the Schmid Storm. You have questions, I have answers. Let's get to it. The first question is a great one, and it's one that the national media frankly doesn't understand, and it is what is the impact of Robert Kennedy's endorsement for Donald Trump?
Will it help him win? Now?
A lot of the media looks at a Kennedy endorsement and they add his percentage to Trump's percentage, and they think, well, since a endorse b their supporters all go, and therefore it's now a two person ticket of sorts where their numbers have added up, and those numbers add up to more than the Harris Waltz total. That's not how it works at all. Robert Kennedy is profoundly mentally ill, completely irrational, utterly demented, and the freak show of Maga is where he belongs.
It's where he always belonged.
The truth is that the American people, when they observe this race, we any clear eyed patriotic American sees is this seditious creature canteena of imbeciles, convicted felons, weirdos, sexual predators, wife theaters, and now a guy who changed the head off of a whale, who brought a dead bear cub to Central Park for some reason, who is a conspiracy theorist and a vaccine denier. So he isn't an attractant. He's a repellent, and so normal people are repelled by
him and his joining forces with Trump. So in the end this is going to hurt Robert Kennedy. He couldn't even bring along his vice presidential candidate or his wife to support Trump. That's how weak his coattails are. This question is asked me to react to the inaugural joint media interview by Kamala Harris and Tim Walls. I thought it was fantastic she answered the questions. They showed steadiness and normalcy. Now, none of this takes place in a vacuum.
So the place we have to start is Donald Trump, because while that is going on concurrent, the other campaign is busy also desecrating Arlington National Cemetery, Donald Trump's completely insane tweets, sexual tweets, tweets threatening to kill Americans, tweets threatening to imprison Americans, declarations of the Q and non conspiracy theory in sanity. While Kamala Harris, the Vice president, and Governor Wallas are sitting down answering questions, demonstrating calmness
of temperament. These are normal people, These are good people. Now, the Republican smears against Tim Wall's military record are absurd and they're unfair. A question does not gain legitimacy because the other side has made a polemic attack within the subject area. So there are questions that get asked, For example, what will you do is your first day as president? That don't tell the American people anything.
I'll tell you.
Exactly what Kamala Harris will do on her first day as president. She'll wake up at the Blairhouse. She'll go to church at Saint John's. That's the place that Donald Trump ordered a tear gas attack on because he wanted to desecrate the Bible, like he desecrated Arlington for a photo op when he ordered government thudgs to attack Black Lives Matter protesters. She'll be inaugurated at the Capital of at noon. There'll be a luncheon following by the Joint Committee.
Following that, they'll be a parade. She'll enter the White House and the Oval Office for the first time as president. She'll go upstairs, have a few minutes, and then she'll have to change into ball gowns, which is probably for the first time in American history, a much longer process than the male presidents we've had growing on their tuxedo. The President will go to many balls that night, and
in the morning the business of governance will start. What's important to know about the Vice President and Governor Wallas is their philosophy about freedom, about the country, about us, And the most important thing the Vice President Harris has communicated is she has no malice in her heart for any of us, especially those of us who disagree with her on some issues.
People who support.
Kamala Harris despite disagreements, tease someone who looks at them as loyal and good Americans and wants to do right by them, do goodbye them them, not to do them harm, not to do to them what Trump wants. Trump wants power to take revenge against the people that it didn't support him. He talks about it all the time, believe him. Let me just say in conclusion to this, there has in all of history, and I mean all of it, never been a person seeking power promising to kill people
when he got it. That didn't fulfill the promise. Ever, so when Donald Trump starts talking about killing people, wake up, pay attention and take the man seriously, even though, as the Vice President pointed out, he is a most unserious man. The question is Donald Trump keeps telling the American people we are on the brink of World War three? Is there any truth to it? Donald Trump is somebody who makes our allies tremble because of his incompetence and because
of his affinity for our collective enemies. Donald Trump has a fetish for Kim Jong un. He has a fetish for Vladimir Putin. He has a fetish for the Chinese president because he wants their authority and power.
He admires it.
Donald Trump thinks he should be able to kill a political opponent. Donald Trump thinks he should be able to order summary executions. Donald Trump lust and admires some of the worst pirates on earth. And it is a true fact according to his ex wife, now buried resting peacefully forever on the first hole at the Bedminster golf Course, that he kept speeches by Adolph Hitler on his nightstand and it was the only book he was ever interested
in reading. Apparently he was consumed by the idea Hitler's great insight that the bigger the lie, the more believable it would be. It's who the man is.
Now.
All of the chaos in the world, all of the chaos in the Middle East, is joined. There is a coalition of nations that are the chaos nations. It is an access truly of evil. North Korea is in it, Iran is in it. Russia is in it. Russia is in the middle of prosecuting a war in Europe that if Ukraine is defeated, will spread, and if that war spreads into Europe on to NATO territory, Yes, World War
three could begin. But that war will begin because of Trump's weakness, Kamala Harris's strength deters aggression and keeps peace. Because he was inept, bordering on imbecilic. Because Donald Trump can't distinguish between reality and fiction, fantasy and what's happening
right now in real life. Because he's unprepared, because he's ignorant, because he doesn't read, because he knows nothing about the history of the country, and obviously, through his desecrations at Arlington National Cemetery, does not understand the price paid by Americans to keep peace in Europe so that the whole world could prosper into the twenty first century. There will be a reckoning with Iran, who was waging war on Israel and the United States. These are important questions for
Kamala Harris. And we should understand that we live in a dangerous world. But the chances of things going truly off the rails increased exponentially with the most unfit man in the country serving in the Oval office, with the powers of the presidency being trailed by nuclear football carried by a military aid.
Great question, and it's this.
It references all of the insanity tweeted out by Donald Trump, his declarations of support for the QAnon, the qbanon conspiracy theories, his references to blow jobs, his references to killing people.
On and on and on.
And the question is what can be done? Is there anything within the political system that can stop the spread of this? So, yes, there is the American people and that's it. That is the political system. Government of the people, by the people, for the people. We have no shortage of whack jobs in America because we have a population
of three hundred and fifty million people. There is an astonishing story about an airline pilot sitting in the jump seat of a commercial airline flight off duty, who reached it up and tried to sever the fuel to the engines. He was hallucinating, apparently on shrooms, which he had taken forty eight hours before. It's been charged with eighty two counts of murder, but unlike Trump, he's taken responsibility for his inexplicable actions before that day. This was a completely
normal person. It's one of the most fascinating stories I've ever read about a real life event. One thing is clear about that man. He should absolutely never ever operate and aircraft again. Donald Trump is our national shroom pilot.
We have to stop him. Appreciating that there's a large number of whack jobs in the country is different than ceding to the whack jobs out of apathy the power for them to assert control over all of our lives, especially when Trump is so clear over and over again he wants to take some of our lives.
He's a man of violence and chaos, and increasingly.
He's a man who is decomposed. He is a fascist, certainly, but so how much was talked about with regard to the president's mental acuity. Did President Biden ever threaten to kill an America. Did President Biden, in the worst moment of his presidency to televised debate, did he do anything as unhinged, as reckless, as completely batshit crazy as what Trump has said? Look at these tweets? Is he in a manic episode? What is Donald Trump's mental health condition?
Is this the function of some type of sinility? Has he had a stroke? What's wrong with him? But that's not the key question. We know something's wrong with him For the country. The question is what is wrong with
us if we give this man power? Because only a stick society would collectively do something like that, and the people that would be doing it are the grandchildren and great grandchildren of the people who saved the world, many of them buried in Arlington National Cemetery, which Trump just desecrated. I have the deepest faith in the American people that this era of whack jobbery is coming to an end because the American people won't tolerate it. Winston Churchill had
an observation a long time ago. He said, the Americans always do the right thing after exhausting all the other alternatives. I think that's what's going to happen. I think we're at the beginning of the end of the Trump era, that we're going to have the sixty six craziest days in American political history.
