Poolbeg Pharma has announced the activation of the first clinical trial site for its POLB 001 TOPICAL study, marking a key operational milestone for its lead programme. The trial will evaluate POLB 001 as a potential preventative treatment for Cytokine Release Syndrome in relapsed/refractory multiple myeloma patients receiving teclistamab, an approved bispecific antibody.
