Service Station Valuations with M3 Property’s James Ruben

James Ruben, National Director of Special Use at m3property, joins ANZPJ Editor Benn Dorrington on the Voice of Value podcast to discuss service station valuations in Australia.

Ruben has been with m3property since 2019 and has more than 17 years of experience in the property industry. Prior to that, he held roles at G&R Property, Herron Todd White and CBRE. He is the Vice President of The Property Owners Association of NSW and an Associate of the Australian Property Institute.
