Careers in Property: Michael Leech

Michael Leech, Managing Director of South Australia at m3property, joins Australian Property Institute CEO Amelia Hodge on the Voice of Value podcast to discuss his career, professional insights and interests outside of work.

Michael, who is also a Director within the Litigation and Acquisition Team, is responsible for property valuation advice and consultancy work for an extensive array of matters such as compensation and litigation, feasibility advice, rental determinations, financial reporting and insurance valuations and valuations for sale and purchase. He is also an Associate of the API and has held senior roles at the organisation including Non-Executive Director.
