Episode description

Welcome to The Voice of Intuition Podcast! Today, we’re diving into the mystical, sometimes maddening, and always meaningful world of empathy—that deep, soul-level knowing that connects you to the hearts of others. But here’s the paradox: How do you embrace this beautiful gift without feeling drained, overwhelmed, or tangled in emotions that may not even be yours?

If you've ever felt like you're carrying the weight of the world, wondering Is this mine or someone else’s?, take a breath. You are not alone. This episode is a love note to every empath and intuitive who’s ever felt exhausted by the energy swirling around them.

✨ What if you could sense, feel, and connect—without getting lost in the storm? ✨

This conversation is more than just insight—it’s a recalibration. Together, we’ll unravel the imbalances of empathy (yes, they hold wisdom!) and explore a life-altering shift that brings you back to center. Seriously, grab a pen. You’re going to want to write this down.

And… don’t miss the pure comedy gold around minute 22:00, where I share my hilariously effective tool for blocking negativity like a pro—it’ll change the way you handle those off-handed, energy-zapping comments forever!

In This Episode, You’ll Discover:

🌿 Your empathic signals—what they’re actually trying to tell you (hint: they’re not random!)
🌀 Why your Busy Bee Mind & Critical Thinking Mind might be making things harder than they need to be
💫 The art of allowing—how stepping into neutrality helps you ride the waves instead of being swept away
⚡ Practical ways to shift your energy—because sometimes, that slow seep of energy turns into an unexpected pop, and suddenly, you have to get out of wherever you are. (Sound familiar?)

This is the magic and the mystery of being an empath. Sometimes the energy is yours. Sometimes it’s not. But when you learn to tell the difference—your intuition sharpens, your nervous system relaxes, and your spirit feels freer than ever.

So, lean in and listen. This is for you. ✨

A Soulful Reset: The Breath of Spaciousness

Before you go, here’s a gentle practice to bring you back to your center whenever the world feels too much.

The Breath of Spaciousness

1️⃣ Find stillness. Close your eyes or soften your gaze. Let yourself settle.
2️⃣ Take a deep inhale. Feel your belly expand, your ribs open, your lungs fill.
3️⃣ Exhale slowly. Let go of anything that feels tight, heavy, or unnecessary.
4️⃣ Pause between breaths. Feel the stillness before your next inhale arrives.
5️⃣ Whisper to yourself: “I allow this moment to be exactly as it is.”
6️⃣ Repeat for 5–10 minutes, letting each breath soften your body and quiet your mind.

🌿 Why it works: Stillness is safe. Spaciousness is healing. This practice retrains your nervous system to relax, allowing energy to move through you without getting stuck.

✨ You are not here to carry the weight of the world—you are here to light it up.

If this episode resonated with you, share it with a fellow empath who needs a little encouragement today. And if you haven’t already, subscribe so you don’t miss the next soul-nourishing conversation.

With love,
Laura
