The VD Clinic – Episode 16 – Summer Vacation

EPISODE 16 – It’s summer vacation!  Amid technical difficulties & in mental preparation for Episode 17, Vanessa & Daeron take a little break this month to cover two movies & answer some listener mail.  There are plenty of songs & impressions as they cover Danny DeVito’s “Death to Smoochy” & Trey Parker’s “Orgazmo”.  And to clarify the book giveaway from the episode, it will go to the first person who Tweets/messages us on Twitter with their favorite noir book or movie.  We’re on Twitter @VDClinicpod.  If no one reaches us on Twitter, don’t worry we won’t hold it against you if you email us about the book giveaway.  We know we were a little unclear.  What can we say…our brains were fried.  Next month we dive into the world of feminist dystopias with Margaret Atwood’s novel “The Handmaid’s Tale” & its 1990 film adaptation.  Music:  The Go-Go’s “Vacation” & Joan Jett & the Blackhearts “Summertime Blues”
