'Pick me'

Too often, people avoid responsibility. They want the easy life. But you should want to be the person who carries the burden. Be the one who says, “Pick me to meet that client,” or “Pick me to manage this project.” By stepping up, you gain control over your growth, your career, and ultimately, your legacy.

Most people go through life looking for ways to avoid extra responsibility. They want to stay in their comfort zone, blend in, and let others carry the weight. But that’s the path of mediocrity. If you want to stand out, excel, and become truly competent, you need to flip the script. Instead of shying away from challenges, run toward them.
