Mike runs us through the recent VGX Awards, Chris gives his early impressions of the PS4 and the XBox One, and we discuss the relative strengths and merits of PlayStation Plus and XBox Games with Gold. We then dive into our reviews, covering just about every last gen platform we can: Mike gets all strategic with X-Com: Enemy Within, Jared avoids microtransactions with Knights & Dragons, Chris keeps the 3D slider turned up for Steamworld Dig, and it's a pirate's life for Mike with Assassin's Creed IV: Black Flag. We close things out with our much-delayed breakdown of our collective experience with Diablo III for PS3. And yes, Jared and Chris now know what the Back button does.
