Welcome back to another episode of the USA Weightlifting Podcast. We are joined this week by a man who needs little introduction, Wes Kitts. Wes is a Tennessee boy, turned Weightlifter, Coach, and Personal Trainer out of California Strength. Recently he won gold in the 2018 Pan Am Championships and holds the American record in the now previous 105kg weight class with a 176kg snatch, and now has his sights set for Tokyo in 2020. In this episode we’ll be going into Wes’ early years of weightlifting and football, moving across the country to pursue his dream, and how he improves hip mobility and shoulder stability.
