Davvy's diary - Romanticise your parenting

In this episode I am giving my Mamma’s a permission slip to go slow. To relish in the moments in between the ‘DOING’. So often we think we need to keep our kids overly stimulated & busy and we tend to overly structure our days in order to keep them happy - But that is a lie.
Finding the beauty in the little things & slowing down your parenting style can not only do wonders for your child but can also help regulate your nervous system on those long days & can give you a sense of nurturing for your own inner child.

Here are a few little things I like to do with Mila that have been really been lighting me up & make parenting feel so easy (for a while anyway haha)
