Episode description

Cody Burkhart is classically trained in both Aerospace and Mechanical Engineering from the University of Colorado at Boulder and works as a Robotics Design Engineer for the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA). He has taken his passion for Engineering, Math, and Science and applied it to movement paradigms, biomechanical analysis, programming, and coaching of athletes.

From competing in Taekwondo to Crossfit, he is both athlete and scientist, and this conversation reveals that potent combo. This conversation is as deep as it is lengthy, but it's worth it's weight in gold.
