Episode description

On the 6th June 1958, Harry Baker set out to visit his customers in the town of Bootle, just 3 miles from the city of Liverpool. He worked as a credit draper selling clothes door to door and collecting the money. He was reliable and punctual and was known as a kind man. After 1pm that day however he simply vanished. The investigation that followed was one of the largest the North West had ever seen.
