BIO:

Ricky Proehl spent 23 yrs in the NFL as a wide receiver and assistant coach. He played his college football at Wake Forest before being drafted in 1990 in the third round by the Cardinals.

His 17 years in the NFL included additional seasons with the Seattle Seahawks, Chicago Bears, St. Louis Rams, Carolina Panthers, and the Indianapolis Colts. Ricky played and coached in five Super Bowls throughout his journey in the NFL, winning as a player with the Rams and Colts.


His son, Blake, is a wide receiver with the Vikings and a singer, and his son, Austin, is a wide receiver for the Giants. He now owns, manages, and coaches at Proehlific Park, which is a sports performance complex and fitness center he built in Greensboro, North Carolina. https://proehlificpark.com/
