BIO:

Doug Middleton is a graduate of Appalachian State University where he was a First-Team All-Conference performer. After a decorated college career, Doug has enjoyed a career in the NFL for six years spending time with the Jets, Dolphins, Jaguars, Titans, Panthers, and 49ers.


As the son of a therapist, he is passionate about mental health and has spoken on behalf of the NFLPA and the state of mental health in the NFL. In his free time, he enjoys developing young men through his foundation, Dream the Impossible.
