Episode description

We have this basic activity where you set a goal. You’re trying to do something that you can’t do and you have a practice activity that you can repeatedly apply and explore different ways in which you achieve this goal that you’ve set. And if a teacher has now been able to identify this as a suitable change for you, then we call that deliberate practice. – Anders Ericsson
