For over 10 years, I've had the privilege of working in both the public and private sectors, supporting people in different capacities. My experiences range from public social work and supervision to private therapy, coaching, training, lecturer, and consulting with organizations.
Every step of the way, I have worked to create an environment where people can feel safe and brave to share their thoughts and feelings without judgement. My mission is to help people recognize their inner strength, practice self love and normalize mental health.
