Abundant Mindset And uh, it was. Just not sounding. So, highly recommended. OK, I'm just going to, All right, deliver this to my child. Welcome live, people. We're going to get started in just a minute and get this nice. Welcome. All right. Just one more thing and then we'll start down. I'm so dreaded. That's gonna be great. Ohh. I don't know yet. No one else. No one registered for the for the online. Yeah I I it was last minute. I wasn't expecting much so it's

fine. It's all I'm just like I'm just excited to get to do it. I'm so happy you came. Yeah. OK and boom. Alright. Live. Are you, sweetie pie? All right, so welcome, welcome, people online. So before we start, what's your experience with meditation? I do something. How's your where? What do you feel like is your, are you consistently able to kind of meditate and kind of get into that space where you feel really clear?

And God, I got it. So let's start with just a quick meditation and a little practice that I find really, really helpful to kind of get into that place. So close your eyes and get a comfortable spot. You can move around if you want and just place your attention in between your eyes or some people call the third eye and almost as if you're like looking a little bit upwards and a little bit ahead and just keep your eyes closed but almost like be

looking through to that spot. So that's one point of focus and you're going to keep that point of focus for the meditation. We'll just do 5 minutes or so. And then the other point of focus I want you to have is to count your breaths so you can just breathe naturally, but just start counting as you go in and out and just in your mind count the in and the out breaths and keep your focus on that point in front of you and your breaths.

And that should be enough to really sort of occupy your mind but not give it anything to think about. That is is the the sweet spot for for that silent quieting of my meditation. So just in your own time, just keep your attention on that spot in front of you and counting your breaths. And if it feels comfortable, you can even widen your field of vision

without opening your eyes. Just sort of feel yourself expanding and surrendering a bit, and just keep your eyes on that point, but allow the sides to expand a. Little bit and keep counting. And Justice surrender even more, keeping those points of focus. And as you're holding those points of focus and breathing and surrendering and opening, just engage a little bit of listening to your inner voice and don't try to hear anything or say anything.

But don't stop it either. Just allow as you're keeping those planes of focus, as you're surrendering and opening, just feel open to receiving thoughts, words, feelings, and if those thoughts, words, feelings feel good and uplifting and relaxing and keep doing it. If when you surrender and listen you're getting negative self talk, then just come back and don't listen to that. Just get right into your point

of focus. But if it does feel good, if there are nice words coming in, you can just allow that to happen. But maintaining those points of focus, counting eyes in front, surrendering, opening. If your body wants to move, let it move. Just keep opening. Let it come. OK. And if it feels comfortable to pop out of that for a minute and we'll come back, let me know. Is that OK? Did you get any nice thoughts?

How was it for You Beautiful? So I began thinking about this stuff when my after my dad passed away from cancer and my mom got very depressed. She found this practice called the Journey which helped her heal her intense 5 year depression in just a few sessions. Even though she had money and access PhD in psychology, all the best people to work with, she found it really hard to get over that. And the talk therapy and drugs and anything else weren't working like the prescribed

pills. And so that really opened my eyes to this idea that there's other things other ways of of healing, of feeling good and that can be really effective. And I began like a real deep dive around this stuff and and just in my own research and my own experimentation on different ways of like looking for that kind of that flow state that that nice good feeling place. And I spent a lot of time you know focusing on things that weren't the the the path to that

but now I know that. So that's good. There's I guess there's Abraham said on the cruise to someone. It's like why why why would I spend so much time like doing something the wrong way And she's like well what better way to be a teacher if you if you can relate to people and from all these different angles what what better way.

So yeah, I've been probably practicing this now for over 20 years just some in some form or another and really like as as one of my primary focuses in terms of just how to how to get into that state and what it means. And when we Crystal and I started our company in 2016 and when that happened, the energy in my body increased a lot because of the pressure and everything.

It's like now we're financial and all that stuff is it's on us and it's also this like vision and it's it's just really changes things. Anyone who is a founder of a company can understand that. And So what where what I was doing went from manageable to unmanageable because the patterns of thought that I had and the things it just felt too

too much. And so I started really, really going deeper into this and it took a while, but actually on the cruise that we were just talking about with Abraham, I had a breakthrough And it took that kind of, it was 12 or 1415 days actually total of not working, not thinking about work, not being in stress mode. We just raised a good chunk of money. And so we were financially okay for a bit. And it it was the first time where I'd really allowed myself to just let go and relax.

And I ended up on this nice porch swing on the cruise. And I was just like relaxing. And I just sort of surrendered. And I just felt this loving energy come through and just start talking to me and just say you're doing so good, everything you want is coming. It's all good. There's no rush. Like just the soothest, softest, nicest things that you'd want someone else to say to you. I was saying or I was hearing and and I wasn't trying to.

And it's funny because there was one moment during my many escapades of trying to fix and clear and get into the dirt and like past lives and all the stuff, which it wasn't very useful except in knowing that it didn't. It wasn't the best way. There was one time when I got so frustrated and so out of it that I just said OK, I surrender. And so I went for a walk and I just was like touching trees to

kind of calm my nervous system. If if anyone's having a bad spiral, touching the earth or tree is really good life hack. And and I just said OK, I give up like I fully, I surrender like I'm I'm just not going to do anything. And so I just, I was just walking and sitting and doing and doing nothing. And as I did that my nervous system started to come down my I just started to receive these

nice energy flows. My eyes started to flutter and all of a sudden I was just hearing these nice thoughts and and then it kind of brought me into this peak state eventually by just completely surrendering. And then I, you know found a way to kind of mess that up too by thinking that I, you know, was going to just get in there and fix it myself. And and then it it kind of came full circle with Abraham. And then I actually got to talk to Abraham and in I talked to

them a bit on the cruise. But the next event in Seattle when I talked to them, we had just moved here about a year and a half ago and I had started to really get into that rhythm of doing this flow state meditation. And I've, I think I've done it every day for now like a year and a half. And I just looked that up. It's like at least 1000 hours, some 110th of the 10,000 hours. But I started to have these experiences where I would have

these blissful drives and walks. Usually it's helpful for me to go out and do it and and it was I'll go for like an hour or two or three. That's why we we scheduled a good amount of time. So you can really like, let it flow. And I would get into these blissful States and I would connect to this clarity and I would know exactly what the next step in the business should be or what to do about this. And I just felt so good, so

clear. And anything that I was confused about or wondering about just felt like I got these like, yes, no answers. It was like talking to Abraham, but I was doing it myself and it was amazing. And and I started to have these experiences where I would go on these blissful journeys and then I would come home and it would be like I would have just hit this wall of old patterns and old beliefs and things that would just bring up all my

triggers. And it was really hard at first because I was, I was hitting these beautiful highs and then just crashing the murder. And so Abraham said that, you know, the best thing to do is just path of least resistance. Doesn't matter what it is, whether you meditate, walk, sleep, eat, sex, whatever you need to do to feel good, feel good and just find your path and it it doesn't really matter as long as it's not harmful to you or anyone and just kind of go

with the flow. And so I started to do that more and and and and so that's been my that's been my journey. So what has been really helpful for me and what I was thinking about today that might be helpful for you, I don't know. We'll see is to sort of share some of the phases.

So you can maybe have an idea of what I experience and if there's anything that I've learned, it's that I don't, I don't know it like everything at all and that there's always more to learn and that my way is not the way for anyone. So it might be helpful for you, may not. So, so phase one is this, phase one is is just meditation and that's basically the quieting of the mind the what we just did.

And it's a lot of people think of meditation as either something that's kind of like unattainable so they don't really go there or something that's like the the the goal, the goal is to be nothing and just be nothing. And I love what Abraham talks about and and I really resonate how they speak about it in that the goal of meditation is to go from negative or yeah like negative spectrum to neutral so that you can kind of get into the positive.

But if you're already feeling positive, then meditation is actually the wrong it's down. It's not the, it's it doesn't it's you don't need to meditate. And that's why I think a lot of kids they're just like I'm good like whatever. And so that's what I've learned for myself on meditation is that that's what I've learned about meditation is that it's the goal is to put myself into that place, that receiving mode, where then I can listen and hear and receive and then to allow

that. And then if I get stuck or I get sidetracked, then it's so that's that's Facebook phase two is. And I've never really practiced this. So I just, I'll just make it up something like listening and and starting to hear soothing words or feelings. So when I get into this phase, like you were starting to get these warm tingles and these nice feelings and So what happens for me is I'll start to like if I were to do it right now. So I'm just focusing on my

breath and my and that point. And it's almost like my body wants to do it. Like it's it's hard not to do it. It just wants to like move and talk and then feel. It's like everything is okay, you know, it's all coming. I love myself so much. So smart, so beautiful, so creative, so intelligent, so much money coming. Everything you want is here. It's all done things like that. It's just like loving, soothing, nice feeling, good feeling. And that is sometimes a little,

I guess it feels a little bit. The first phase of that feels a little bit like it's easy to get distracted that there's still other things running. I can kind of go into other places. And so then phase three is sort of when this turns into a much more focused, clear, directional guided. And this is where I'll usually be drawn to like my phone screen for where all the apps are and each app has its own like the the Messenger app is like friends or whatever and the Unite app is business and

whatever. So I'll kind of have different and it doesn't really matter. It's just I just kind of use it for bouncing off. But, and it can be that. It can be other things. It can be just pictures in my mind. But it's it's where I go from just sort of generally hearing gentle, general, soothing, nice feeling things to focusing on a bit more specific stuff. And this is where if I've got an active trigger or something is really like going on. This is where I will start to.

And what I've learned from many, many attempts at clearing triggers and dealing with negative emotions is that the way for me to clean that up is to. Only focus on them when I'm guided to focus on them from a really elevated state. And I found that activating them on purpose from any state, focusing on things that don't feel good, can be really damaging to my wellbeing, mental wellbeing, focus, alignment, all that stuff. And so I'm I'm really diligent now to try and only be in that

receiving mode. And then if something feels like it really wants to be cleaned up a little bit, it's like I'll hear soothing thoughts about a specific subject and it'll just, it'll just talk to me. I'll just hear these words that say things like, well, that person is doing the best they can and it's okay and there's nothing really wrong and you're

not doing anything bad. And it's but it's very pointed, it's very specific about a certain topic, whereas this one is more just like no specific, no negative, no triggering stuff. It's all just easy, general, good feeling. So this is more of like it gets into the kind of you know specific clear things and it can also be a time for for cleaning things up and and but it's still, it's still all about just surrendering and keeping that

point of focus. And what I'll do when I hit this point is I'll make sure from time to time that I just check in and I just stop because the momentum can get strong. So I'll just stop and I will do a few breaths like we did at the beginning. And when I am able to get into that stillness and feel for me, the words that come are it's a it's like a it's a stillness and a quietness. And then the only thing that the only words that are coming to me are what do you want to talk about?

It's like a general, but it's, it's like, I don't know, it's like if you have a computer open and it's just like clicking. It's like it's done all of its processing, it's like hey, I'm ready for input now. I I'm good, like it, it's clear.

And so I'll do that from time to time and just check in and make sure that I'm still clear and in a good spot and that this is really what is being I'm being guided to from my higher self versus I've activated a trigger and now I'm riding that wavelength and now I'm just attracting thoughts and then I can spiral into a negative. And so that's sort of the next phase. And then phase four is

sometimes, I guess it depends. Sometimes it's like a feeling of being really clear and really spacious and almost like Neo in The Matrix when he first finds his powers and everything slows down. He's able to just like manipulate things and just know. This is where I've gotten to, where it feels like I can just ask questions and get answers and just have a conversation with my higher self or whatever

and just get clarity on things. This is also where I can be guided to OK good job go listen to a podcast or watch a show or or or here's a task that you can focus on like it's it's sort of like the place that now I've sort of done my bits and I just feel good and I'm like OK what do I want to do now what's what's the next thing And it's it's sort of it's the it's the fun you know place to to then just Direct Energy and and physically focus on some things. Yeah, that's it.

Any questions? Any thoughts seems? Very strange. Pretty simple. Yeah. It's pretty. It's pretty basic. The thing that I guess is different and unique and I I go for drives down to the US sometimes because it's so pretty on the coast and and I'll get these border guards being like what you just like drove and like and I'm like yeah, you know it helps me like clear my head and and think and whatever they're like I've never like heard of anyone doing that like they're they're like Are you

sure? Like you're just driving. And so yeah that's that's it. So any anything that you want to do before we kind of dive in and you get to just go on your journey and I'm going to. With you. I'm ready. All right, quick drink of water. Yep. Water, bathroom, whatever. So I noticed for me that my body shakes a lot when I do this and

it's like I I want to like move. I'm I'm moving constantly when I'm in this stage for some reason like I'll shake my legs when I'm driving or if I'm walking I'll like my eyes will flutter and I'll just feels like my body wants to move. So just allow yourself to kind of do its thing and move your, move your, move your body. And yeah, just find if you're comfortable with that, great, nice. So. So just find that and that center point in the space between your eyes.

Let's focus there, you can count your. And no matter what happens, it's okay. Some days I'm just not into it and I need to sleep or distract or walk or watch a show. It's like the the key is not to force it, but just to be okay with wherever you're at and just be in that surrendered state and just sort of allow what wants to come and there's no right or wrong and you definitely don't have to follow my path or or any path.

It's just all about you kind of finding that surrendered state where you feel good and satisfied and just at peace and then just being in a receptive mode where you can hear it and you seem like you're in a pretty good spot right now already. So you'll probably you'll probably get it wherever

wherever it takes you. Oh, the one thing before we start to I've noticed that crying or the OR the breath of crying where it feels like you're there's maybe no tears but it's the same breath that to me has been my release valve when things are too intense. And so I don't usually get to

that place from this experience. I usually if I'm already super triggered and super upset and I try and do this, I'll usually just start crying or or breathing like I'm crying and that can help to release it and and and move. But I've I've tried to just cry for as long as I can cry to try and release and clear everything forever and it it just doesn't work and it gets me into negative spots. So now I'm I sort of use that I I allow that to happen.

Of course like crying is good and it feels good and it feels like a release but I I don't actively seek that out or use it as a tool that I'm that I'm trying to like do if that makes

sense. It's more of like a so it's it's totally fine if emotions come up and just relax and and release and in my experience that means that you're sort of up against stuff that feels almost too big to and it and it that's the release valve and that's okay and that might be where you need to go. But you can always tune back into that center point and if at any point you have any questions

any thoughts always. I'm like I'm not I'm here to just answer those and and so it's there's no, no interrupting me or whatever it's all it's as things come up. So just find that center point and let your body move up and then some move and you can just count if you want.

You're just focusing on that center point, counting and just really surrendering into the space with the intention of being present and surrender and open and listening if there's things that come through and feeling if there's things that come through and just trusting and letting it happen.

And let that surrendered state just sort of take over and just feel yourself even melting deeper into the pillows and to the floor and just keeping your attention on the breath and the counting and just really opening and surrendering and doing your best to be present, letting it flow. And if there's beautiful, good feeling thoughts that feel like they're inspired and it feels more fun to focus on those and let those run and move through, then do that.

If it's feelings or energy, then do that. If it's just breath and focused and do that. It's whatever feels best to you. It can allow your body to move as it wants to move and you breath. Breathe as it wants to breathe and just try and let go of feeling like you're in control and you're holding on to things. You're just. Your focus is just to be in alignment and surrender. You can always come back to that. Just surrender and let go and see what wants to come through.

And wherever you are being, okay with it. Sliding girls surrendering, keeping focus on breath point in front. Of you widening that case, just being at peace and surrendering wherever you are. Oh. HM And just trusting wherever you are being at peace, surrendering, opening, listening, allowing. If you ever get stuck or feel bad or it's not working, just come back to the breath. Come back to the point point of

focus. So just sharing for the online audience and if it's helpful, right now what happened for me is the 1st 15 minutes or so, my body just wanted to move and shake and breathe and sort of release and it was coming from that pointed focus and opening and surrendering and that's just what my body wanted to do. And then just now, I can feel that there's a ease and a just gentle expansion, and it's the peacefulness and the presence and and then I'm going to just

ride this next wave. Play Akshay Song. I'm a. I don't know. Show me, Akshay. You're not to have ever seen just allowing that surrender to continue, just focusing on the breath and the third. Eye and just letting yourself go deeper. And open having any movement or soothing positive thoughts or feelings wash through you. Just holding space and nothing going to happen being OK with wherever you are. Mmhmm. And yet I have the. You didn't have it.

Akshaye. I'm a if you feel a lot of very simple things, you can expect they will be positive and injured in the first stages of the change in which you're actually having. Yeah, no, I'd like to see you. I'm on the floor, man and the ground. Just to share my practice with you, continuing your own journey for me. The calming, soothing breaths

led me into some more. Triggering thoughts and patterns that let me into a little bit of breath work that felt a little bit like crying, that felt like a lovely release and feeling clear and better. Just continue in your own journey. Focus in on that spaciousness that surrender feeling the energy. It may actually be. I'd like to see it. Show me Aaj ka because I was there my actually no.
