Because you're probably like, yeah, Dad's OK, maybe somebody like, oh, I'm awkward. I can't dance. I don't. Know what's happening. And so I just want to share really quickly, already a movie, why dance is so important. How many of you love to dance? Put your head down. Yeah, we do. OK And how many of you like to
dance? But maybe it's not feeling as comfortable. Maybe you feel awkward. Maybe you're like, oh, I don't know. Yeah, like these weird feelings come up brown dance, You still got me like, weird feelings come up around. Dance. You're like, OK, yeah, some of you amazing. And that's totally natural. And so for me, why I think dance, one of those powerful tools is because my little sister killed herself about
three years ago. And after this moment, I struggled with my mental health very badly. I was lost. I don't know what to do. I had pack attacks, anxiety. I want to die. Like my life was just a mess. And dance was the only time I ever felt alive. Everything else, nothing else matter. I didn't care about my life. Everything sucked, except when I was dancing. I'd hear my favorite song. It'd bring me back to like a beautiful moment and I would dance.
And I realized through dancing every day, that's how I improved myself. That's how I healed. That's how I grieved my sister and how I got to know myself on a deeper level. And so when everyone can dance more and be more connected to their bodies and love themselves more, I truly believe that's how a lot of us and heal and elevate the vibe. So for me, dance is like one of the most important things everyone can do.
So that's why I do every day I have a business around dancing like hello, it's the flu in my life. But I actually believe if more of us can use dancing to heal and to grow and to manage our emotions and to work on that, that's where things will be so, so much better for everyone.
