My body is getting ready for me to enter into multiple sources of activations /triggers this weekend. I'm working to tell her it's okay - and that the new version of self is totally welcome to show up. As I have a literal course on this matter, I remind myself that healing is not linear (and is in fact a cuntupple of opportunities to grow and elevate self).
