Episode description

In this our 3rd episode, we're taking down a massive beast that surrounds higher education and university conversations....jargon!

In order to do this, Tim and Jon welcome a special guest, Meg Griessel (St Mary’s University, Twickenham) who shares her journey into university whilst we pick out and de-jargonise the many, many, terms and acronyms we have in higher education.

You'll also hear from our amazing student panel who are current studying or have just graduated from university: Anton Springett, Leah Brooks as they are challenged on their knowledge of university terms and acronyms alongside a thought-provoking debate on why jargon is used along with hints, tips and resources on how to de-jargonise university decisions when supporting young people.
