Struggling to balance making the most of the time spent in the Gym and spending enough time on the Mats is one of the most common logistical puzzles we solve for candidates in the Hard To Kill Program. The answer however, does not lay in reductionist prescription of "best exercises" or platitudes about 'the only way to get better at the sport is spend more time on the the mats'.
