He has honed the focus of his business on the high-end residential client, and proactively staffs the business with key employees. This including a General Manager from when his business was still small.
Matthew is an industry veteran who started out just like many others: going to an event, meeting leaders. This was the inspiration that he gained at a young age to invest in himself and his business.
