I'm doing pretty good , Boy . That mic you've got is hot . It is a little bit too strong .
Well , you set it up , I ain't going to complain .
Well , yeah , I did , didn't I ? What do you think about this mic ? How's this sound ?
Well , it sounds pretty good . You're always changing mics . I don't know what to think .
Well , I had to change mics . We had some issues and we had a lot more noise coming into the studio . Studio yay , because we have summertime and make a long story short I could no longer run a condenser mic until I do some more changes . So , anyway , we are trying out a new dynamite that we got . We're going to see how it works out .

Welcome , this is sunny and I'm Bruce , and this is the ugly quacking duck podcast . Yay , yay , yeah , we're just doing a short show today . Short show , short show , hello .
Uh , you okay .
No , I've never been okay . Well yeah , that's true . Oh boy , Now be careful , you might get in trouble .
Yeah right .
Well , maybe , yeah , right , okay , you might get in trouble . Yeah , right , well , maybe , yeah , right , okay . Well , anyway , yeah , we're just doing a short show today . Uh , this is the week where we do them . It's just to keep everybody going , remind them that we're here , and then we do the longer show the next week .
So it's an alternate , alternate type show . Does that make sense ? Yeah , it does . One short one , one long one . Yeah , so what you been up to , sonny ?
well , I'll tell you what I've not been doing a whole lot .
These storms , wow yeah , they've been bad . There was a couple I think they said three tornadoes Wednesday night around here . It's been a crazy week .
Yeah , it's been a crazy week , as you said , but yeah , it just keeps getting worse .
Well it does . I've had a really weird day . I went to town , took Lily to a school and I went and picked up some drinks . Heading home , actually , I stopped by the pharmacy to turn in some prescriptions and then I was heading home and on the way home , low and below low , and anyway some guy pulled out .
He was at a stoplight , he pulled across the lane in front of me in another car and I had to slam on my brakes to keep from hitting . The guy spilled one of the drinks . Um , a couple of them stayed in the cup holder , but one of them went straight down to the floorboard . It was great man .
I don't know why people do that , and I swear he looked over at me as he was doing it , just kept on going .
Well , maybe he thought he could beat you and not worry about it , and didn't he ?
Yeah , he did . He made it through . If I'd kept going , we'd had a nice pile up , but I didn't . I slowed down and got through it well , see , there you go .
He relied on you and you come through again yep , you're right .
Um , um , it shook me up , though that's all I got to say well it should . That's crazy stuff well , the weather is beautiful today it is . Wait a minute , let me look . Well , it says 71 . That's's probably not right at all . Let me look at the weather . But it was 50 degrees this morning when I woke up . Oh , it was so nice . I had the windows open .
I was sleeping with the windows open and we got up , turn the bathroom fan on to suck all the air out , so the hot air will be eliminated and it would get even cooler . And I put a jacket on . That's how I deal with the cold . It was nice . Well , according to the Weather Channel , it is 64 degrees right now on this Friday afternoon .
Well , not quite afternoon yet . Yeah , it is 1202 . We hit afternoon . Yay . Luckily I got Friday off and I'm going to try to do this short podcast today and then we'll see what happens later on . That gives me time to do some more work later . But anyhow , my temperature gauge for the outside is 71 . So it's the sun , it's not in the shade .
I don't know how I could get it in the shade . So , because it don't have that much distance , it can be away from the sensor and I don't have any shade that close . So anyway , to make a long story short , it has a rather bad temperature reading . When the sun's out At night it's good , yay .
Anyway , I have to kind of correlate it with a couple of other ones to make sure I get a decent temperature . I think you're full of baloney . Well , that may be true too , but that has nothing to do with the temperature reading .
Well , okay .
What are you going to do today , Sunny ? Are you going to do anything ?
Yeah , I'm going to chase the cats . I've got them trained . They run , they like to run and I chase them and they run more , ha ha ha , yeah , okay , wow , you do like chasing them cats ?
I got four kittens in the garage . You want me to turn them loose ?
Oh yeah , I've been waiting .
Well , I can't . Ariel will have a cow . Literally , she will kill us both .
Oh , come on , You're no fun .
Well , you'll have to talk to her . If she'll say , okay , you can chase them , then you can chase them .
Well , she's not going to , she's a brat .
Yeah , well , so are you . What do you say ? We do a little bit of earthquake history . What's the last seven days like ?
Well , that sounds fun , let's do it . I have to say it's more fun when Lily's here .
Yeah , I enjoy having Lily on board too , but she's still got school and I've got work , and our schedules don't always go together .

Bah , well we are . But yeah , all right . Sonny , are you ready to go for guessing the last seven days of earthquakes ? How many we've had you ?
bet let's go . I'm going to guess soon . You gotta tell me now , as soon as you tell me , how many we had last week .
I don't remember okay , I've got my little pamphlet right here . Let's see . Last week there was ready for this there was 2,537 overall earthquakes all magnitudes last week , for the last seven days of last week , or however you want to say that . So tell me , how many is this week ?
oh that's gonna be easy , it's gonna go down , down , down , down , down , down , down down oh my gosh , all right , you are correct , it went down down down okay , did I do that as good as you well , of course you didn't , you crazy bird ? Wait a minute , I'm the crazy bird , never mind all right , you are correct , it went .

All right , it was last week 2,537 . This week it was 1,960 . So it went down . We've been safer . Yay , it's went down , we've been safer . Yay , the guys is probably doing this .
uh , earthquake bit is probably taking a break and concentrating on tornadoes . Did I say that ? Yes , you did . You said that .
Okay , well , just forget , I said it , folks . Anyway , the 2.5 and over earthquakes last week was 292 . This week it was 237 . No 238 . 238 . I can't write . And the 4.5 and over last week it was 93 . Now this week it was 103 . So they went up , and that seems to be the case always . We only had one 6.1 earthquake in Indonesia last week .
This week we had a 6.1 , and I'm not sure how to pronounce this country . I want to say Vanate , but I'm not sure . It's V-A-N-A , v-a-n-u-a , t-a , that's-u-a-t-a , that's a lot of A's , but they had a 6.1 . Indonesia come back in again with a 6.2 . And then Mexico , ready for this , mexico had a 6.4 . Woo , there you are , folks . Earthquakes are still happening .
They're still increasing . The Revelation tells us they will increase , but it doesn't tell us how much and how long . So it could increase for 100 , 300 years , 400 . We don't know , but they are increasing . What do you think about that , sonny ?
I think you're a little bit crazy , but okay , I'll go with it .
Well , good , I'm glad you are , since you're here eating from my food .

¶ Mother's Day Wishes and Goodbyes
This is Mother's Day weekend and I want to take a few minutes to wish all the mothers out there kind , loving has presented our lives for us a happy Mother's Day , and I hope all out there that can hear my voice and hear , even if you hear this later on . I hope you enjoy time with your mom Now .
If you no longer have your mom around , that happens to a lot of people . Everybody eventually Try to pick something good from that life . Try to , you know , concentrate on something happy and enjoy that moment , because it's a gift from god . That's all you can say , and go forward from there and give that joy to somebody else .
